Dr. Vivian Wong is a kind, caring, and extremely knowledgable physician. I have been treated by her multiple times, and each time I'm amazed at how well she knows dermatology both medically and cosmetically. She has a keen eye for artfully ensuring natural results. I feel confident having her do anything she recommends for my face because of this. In today's world, it is hard to find highly-trained, professional, ethical dermatologists, and Dr. Vivian Wong is one such doctor. Can't wait to have her treat me (and my toddler daughter) again!

Vivian Wong saw my child and misdiagnosed her seriously. She then performed a procedure not following standard of care not wanted by me or her patient. She proceeded by bullying us and lying about the procedure. Our family are physicians and all told her this was inappropriate and not standard of care. She further refused to give the results and lied to our doctor for weeks. This prolonged the needed appropriate care for months getting the correct procedure by an actual surgeon. We had surgery after the mess this hack job, herself, left. She should not be practicing medicine. Find another doctor. Go to your family doctor, oncologist or a plastic surgeon for appropriate care, not a dermatologist if Vivian Wong is what represents them.

We waited almost 2 months to have my son seen at their office, only to be told upon arrival that they didn’t have time to see him because we hadn’t arrived early enough to fill out paperwork. We had not been told an earlier arrival time, nor did we receive an appointment confirmation email or text containing a link to fill out paperwork prior to arrival. I was literally able to fill out the paperwork in the time the front desk receptionist was giving us major attitude and insisting we had to reschedule - NO THANK YOU! I have no idea why they would treat anyone like that. The nastiness was uncalled for and my kids even questioned me afterwards about why the receptionists were “mean and rude”. Taking off work and picking up kids early from school to make it to an appointment is hard enough; I will go to an office that respects my time and where the receptionists are pleasant and professional.

I have been going to Skin Wellness since 2020. I have had multiple laser treatments, skin cancer, etc. I cannot express how happy I am with the entire staff, especially Dr. Wasserman and Dr. Wong. You can trust them 100%. The owner, Dr. Wasserman has even advised me to wait on treatments as not to waste my money. He makes sure you get the best results out of every treatment. He clearly cares about his reputation and clients. Before I went to Skin Wellness, I went to a Naples 'corporation', had zero results with their laser treatment (clearly they did not set it correctly) and they just stated I needed to purchase more. Please save your money and go to Skin Wellness. I have moved out of state and one of the main reasons I come back to Naples is to go to Skin Wellness. Very happy with their services!

Wonderful experience, I was able to fill out the paperwork on my cell phone before my appointment which is nice not to have to show up early to squiggle everything on paper with a clip board balancing on your lap. I checked in and within like 1-2 minutes they called me back to a very nice clean room, I changed again like a 1 minute wait for the Doctor (I was getting an annual skin check) Dr. Vivian Wong did my inspection, she was very thorough, professional, and informative. Her staff was also super friendly. I’m going back for a follow up and also to get a treatment for some red lines on my face. I would highly recommend.

Front desk workers were rude and tried to bully my wife into filling out a form that had nothing to do with her medical appointment. Confirmed with our insurance company that the form was not required to receive services and advised the practice of that. Their response was to try to deny that my wife had an appointment or was even in the office. Following up with a written grievance to our insurance company based on the statements made by staff and lack of clear policies for their employees to follow.

Doris is a complete natural when it comes to making your skin look "Vividly Glowing". I went wanting one thing in mind to look younger and have my face looking healthier, and that was definitely achieved. Please note my facial was not painful at all even though it is considered a medical facial. One thing I appreciate about Doris is she is very passionate and takes ownership of wanting to get results for your face. I have spent thousands of dollars on skin care products and nothing comes close to making me look this good. Highly Recommend trying this out at least once! Something I didn't know is you want to bring your skin care products to her so she can figure out what works best for your face. I hope you looking forward to seeing my luggage of products Doris! I recently got the moxi laser with Dr. Vivian Wong for the second time and I am very happy with the results, it has helped me reduce acne scarring from previous years. I really recommend this for people who may be dealing with acne or acne scarring and I also recommend Dr. Vivian Wong, she is such a sweet and nice person and very helpful!

I love the cleanest of the place, but when i was at my appointment and saw Dr.grassi and i tried to explain what i was going through, i been breaking out in rashes that looks like someone scarching me. I thought that they would do some test to see what am allergic to and nothing. All she kept asking me questions that i already answered her. Unhappy customer.

Everything at this dermatology office was excellent! Dr. Grassi and her PA were incredibly kind, thorough and understandable. The office is beautiful as well, and the staff very nice and helpful. The online portal is a great resource to manage all your information and to communicate with the office. This is the way all doctors' practices should be managed!

Dr. Tremayne is extremely pleasant yet professional. Her full body exams are very detailed. Five stars!

Had a very nice experience the other day where you wouldn’t expect to - at a doctor’s office. I had a new patient visit at Skin Wellness Physicians on Goodlette-Frank Road in Naples. Their logos says “Dermatology Redefined”, and I agree. It had been over a year since I had a skin cancer check, so I made an on-line appointment. Received a very nice return call and scheduled an appointment for the following week. That alone was amazing, because it usually takes months to get an appointment, especially as a new patient. They asked that I arrive 20 minutes early (paperwork), and I really liked what I found there. A bright and open waiting area. Professional but friendly staff who put me at ease. A short wait to see the doctor! From the receptionist to the PA and her assistants who did the exam in a large and well lit room, all very impressive. I had questions about some other skin issues unrelated to skin cancer, which the PA answered as well. She took the time to make recommendations about products she thought could be helpful, should I choose to go in that direction. By taking that extra time, I felt that she heard and understood what I was saying. In my experience, that’s very unusual.
From beginning to end, just a positive experience. Would it be great if all doctor visits were like that?

This office is very well run and the staff, from Physicians to front desk person are all professional and helpful.

This was probably the nicest office I’ve ever visited. I was able to complete my paperwork on line so I didn’t have to rush through and fill out a bunch of forms. The front desk associate was really friendly and Dr. Wong’s team was very personable. Dr. Wong has a great bedside manner and new how to explain things in terms I could understand.

My whole family has enjoyed going to them. They have taken such great care of all of us. We have skin cancer in the family so we have to be very careful.
