Skinart Studios Tattoo, Jacksonville FL

I had scheduled a appointment to get my tattoo finished twice. 1st time was a family emergency which I understand and I rescheduled. 2nd time came up to the shop for my appointment, never showed up and would not respond to my messages. Do not use Pugsley for tattoo services. He is unprofessional and did not finish what he started. If he couldn't do the job, he should have said that from the beginning instead of taking my money.

Will has done two tattoos for me and one for my mom they all were perfect, no mess ups. He’s professional and very nice, clean, tattoo healed up nice and I’m going back today for my third.

Very professional! This is by far my favorite tattoo. The tattoo artist who's name is Lalo was truly exceptional. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Will is absolutely AMAZING.he did a beautiful cover up tattoo for me today and it looks completely new like nothing was ever there. I absolutely love my tattoo and will definitely be returning. He is super cool & chill and makes you very comfortable. My experience with him was above my expectations and better than any past tattoo experiences. HIS WORK IS WORTH ANY PRICE.

I usually trust one shop with my work, but I decided to give these guys a try. Found them on Instagram, & instantly fell in love with their work. Instant replies, affordable, & great work. Also William works super fast! Made me feel comfortable & he was so down to earth and chill. I enjoyed sitting in his chair. They have definitely gained a new client. I love this place

Called about covering a small tattoo, something I really needed done. The guy told me to send him a picture of what I had and what I wanted to cover it with. He read all of my messages and never replied when he told me he'd call me back that day. Unprofessional and rude, how do yall have clients? He could've simply said he couldn't do it, it's that easy.

Rocky (the owner) was my artist. He was very patient with me and my ideas for my first BIG tattoo. He treated me like a close friend and made me feel comfortable right away. My tattoo took 6 hours total and it actually wasn’t that bad as far as pain! He made sure I was physically comfortable the whole time and even let me watch Netflix on his big screen tv! I love my tattoo, he gave me exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Rocky!

VERY talented, but did not care about me as his client at all. I was going to him for 3 separate tattoos. First appointment, he didn't know I was on his schedule, and told me he would work on drawing something up and call me. He never called back. Next, time I set an appointment, nearly the exact same result, except I waited for over an hour. I finally got in after about 4 failed attempts. Another appointment I made, when I walked in, he said he was behind and too busy to do my tattoo that day. Last appointment, he told me to come in at 1oclock. When I was 5 minutes away, I let him know I would be there soon. He said he was in another city and would be back in 2 hrs. I came back 2 hours later, he ignored my calls and text. I reached out yet again, and he still ignored me. It is a shame because again, he is VERY talented (the one I have is solid), but I guess my money was no good there. This is not a talent rating, only a customer service rating.

My husband and I came to get tattoos that we wanted to represent our son. Will was amazing! We sent him our ideas before hand and he had the sketches ready when we walked in for our appointment. Not only did he do an amazing job on both of our tattoos, Will also touched up my existing tattoo. Our son was so happy with the piece we got. We had a great time with many laughs. We are already working to plan for our next piece of work.

Artists were very chilled. This was my first tat and I was a little nervous at first. But the artists made me feel comfortable. The price was very convenient, I paid much less than average for what i received. I also got a touch ups at no extra cost, five stars!

I’m super In love with my tattoo. Great art and details. Roc was my artist and I can’t say anything negative about this experience. He took his time, make changes, tattoo me and make me feel comfortable all the time. My skin next day was like nothing happened and I normally swell a lot. He is the man to get tattoos here in Jax! I cant wait to go back and fix other old tattoos! 100% recommended

Friend came to get a simple band tattoo. They were the only ones open on new years day. The price paid was worth it for the quality of the service. Well be back for my next tattoo.

I just walked in to ask about some piercing jewelry. The tattoo artist addressed me immediately while he was in the process of tattooing a customer. I have been to many shops and was never addressed quickly. I appreciated him addressing me quickly even while he was with a customer. Good business practice. If I was getting a tattoo I would check into them for sure. Just because of something as simple as me asking a question.

Knocked out two pieces today at Skinart Studios. Will's an amazing artist and it was a great experience!
