The selection is fantastic and this is a great store for western wear and boots! Ken and his great staff are absolutely the reason I keep coming back and recommend everyone else go here. Ken is extremely knowledgeable, puts us in the perfect boots every time, cares about quality, and has great customer service skills. Love everything I've purchased from here.

Bad experience and no customer service. I purchased a pair of boots and a belt. Both items arrived with small defects. I emailed them and did not receive a response. Now I am returning them and I am out of 10 dollars since they do not offer free returns.

I'd purchased a pair of boots that ended up wearing out in a bad way, found a defect in the boots. They got me in the right work boots and hooked me up. This is the only place I'll be buying boots from. They genuinely care about what they do and how you feel.

Worst boots I've ever had. Salesman Ken told me the boots I was buying were made in America, got home and they are chinese. Salesman Ken told me that I needed a size 11 1/2, so I wear them to work and they are flopping all over my feet! The most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn and the most conned I ever felt. I guess thats what I get for trusting someone that claims to have 30 years experience selling shoes! That was probably a lie too! Thanks to a fast talking salesman I'm now out $180 cause there return policy is non existent. I will never buy anything from this place ever again!

These folks are the best. Always go out of their way to be helpful and have great product knowledge. I purchased a nice pair of boots at a good price.

Stopped in while passing through from St. Augustine and they set me up right. Got some fine leather belts for myself and some sturdy work shoes for my father. Great selection.

Used to shop here back when I was in high school got all my boots from them. Took my husband here for his first time to pick out a pair of work boots. As usual they were a wealth of knowledge about boots and footwear and were able to direct us in the right direction also as usual with a large selection

If you are on your way to the races or just stopping by during bike week. Make sure you check out this hidden gym. Customer service you wouldn’t believe. Military discounts too. Just show your ID which shouldn’t be difficult if you are any form of actual service. Come on by y’all. You’ll get what you need!

My boots are beautiful and the gentleman helped me so much, when purchasing.great CS! But when calling back as the price on my receipt was different than the price on the boots I was told by the young lady it must have been a slip of the eye on my part.she was rude and that's horrible CS. She should have verified the price, as I know what they were labeled. I was just referring someone also!

I love Skips Boots in Osteen. They are friendly and helpful. We have hone here a few times getting my son boots and my husband a pair of sneakers. They have a large selection of boots and other shoes. They also have clothes and hats. We will be coming back.

Was just at skips boots and wasn't very happy with the service. The two young ladies were not helpful and had an attitude when we asked for some help.
