DO NOT SHOP HERE! They might be great when you are buying something but see what happens when you have a problem with something you purchased. I bought a pair of Ariat boots that had an obvious defect. The Ariat website states that they have a 12 month warranty. When I took the boots back to Skip's the guy said that Ariat has no warranty at all and that there was nothing they could do. So I called Ariat and they confirmed that they do indeed have a 12 month warranty. I sent them a picture of my receipt and pictures of the boots. My new pair will arrive in 3-5 business days. I think Skip's just doesn't want to deal with the returns.

Best place to get your boots from and All your western wear. I’ve been being my kids since they were toddlers getting there wranglers and cowboy boots. Love skips boots:)

I have shopped at Skips in Daytona several times. It has always been a great experience the service I've had there has been the nicest. The boots are awesome too. My new Circle G boots are broke in and they are perfect. Thank you all so much. I'm going to save for another pair.

Literally the worst return policy experience i have ever had. I spent $250 on a pair of work boots that were extremely uncomfortable after the second day of using them. Upon returning hoping for a exchange i was told because they were worn they we're unable to do anything instead of helping told me to keep wearing them i still cant believe the manager told me to keep wearing something makes one uncomfortable to make money in. I will never recommended this store or there products to anyone! And i am still out of $250

Ordered a pair of boots in September, received the boots, tried them on and they were too small. Returned the boots. Was notified via email that the boots had been "worn", and they would not be issuing a refund & I needed to pay the return shipping charge. I have been going round & round with them for 2 months on this. Manager, Devin (I believe) said he agreed they were tried on & not worn, and should be returned. Spoke again with them today, and they will not issue a refund on these boots. Never have I had such poor customer experience. To leave issues unresolved for 2 months, and to be so stringent on returns. Boots were tried on for less than 10 minutes at home. Never will be ordering from this company again.

Really use to like this place. I buy boots in February by October the left boot is breaking apart. Still under a year yet told that its not normal wear. Yet only happened to one boot. Also I bought boots that are called everyday wear boot so recommend don't buy anything from this company. I made time to go in and have company fix and save my business yet they don't care. Just smug remarks.

Wow, huge store - boots, hats, clothing men women kids. We were amazed upon entering. Good selection of boots, good prices. After searching for months, left with exactly what hubby wanted.

Skip's Western Outfitters Daytona Beach Florida, is without a doubt the best purchasing experience I've had in a very long time. Hope & Devon deserve awards for their superior Customer Service, hands down. They treated me as an extremely valued customer, and welcomed me into the fold as new member of Skip's family with the same courtesy I receive back in my little town in the Northern Rocky Mountains.

Was helped tonight by Morgan. She was the best. I only purchased without looking elsewhere for other options because of how much effort she put into helping me. It was like pulling teeth to get the girl with black & red hair in men's area to help my husband- and her attitude sucked. Left and ordered my husband's online.

Dishonest and rude! I drove an hour away from my home I called the night before to verify and they wouldn’t honor what’s on their own website. They offer me that a discount on the pair of pants I want and then immediately say never mind because they were frustrated or didn’t want to anymore give me a discount they said they weren’t marked up so they can’t mark them down which means they don’t even discount they just put their price is higher up so you feel like you’re getting a discount which is even worse to say "I haven’t marked this up yet so I can’t discount it"

I went to skips to find a pair of boots and successfully found the exact boots I was looking for in the size I need with the great help from the sales person Hope. I greatly recommend the skips in Daytona!

Bought my son a pair of boots here for his birthday on July 4th, Boots were marked 184.99 but rang up 194.99 and I told girl that and she went and got boot off of shelf and saw it was true. She told girl at counter to change price on boot tag to 194.99 and said there was nothing she could do about the extra 10 dollars they charged me. And was sorta rude about it. Won't be shopping here again.

Extremely large inside and very well Coordinated with all their inventory. Since it's on the coast You best have a few extra dollars to spend it is not for the lightweight wallet.

I emailed Skip's a week ago about a problem with my order. I have heard NOTHING back. SOOOOOO I will be returning my order and I will NEVER do business with Skip's AGAIN!
