When an attorney with 40+ years of practice recommends another attorney as highly competent to represent the public you should listen. Over the past dozen or more years I have had several occasions to use the services of Skubiak & Rivas, P. A.to represent me when I have received traffic citations. Invariably their services were skilled, knowledgeable and professional, and the results they achieved were consistently excellent. By hiring them I was able to remove one worry from my shoulders and rely on their expertise to protect my rights. Today, for example I received a letter advising me that a citation I received literally on the day that business as usual got shut down due to the Covid-19 virus - March 12th - was dismissed. (Now if only they could do something about the post office, as their letter informing me of the disposition of the case was postmarked December 15th, but not received by me until February 6th! Perhaps this can be attributed to earlier attempts related to the last election to sabotage the post office.) Though tardy, the news was welcome and I thank Skubiak & Rivas, P. A.for their follow-through and another excellent result under difficult circumstances.

Attorney Phil Dunlap was amazing attorney ive been harrassed for years being the 1 ticketed in the last 3 years each accident pictures can tell that all 3 i was not at fault. But given a careless driving ticket.well mr dunlap went to court for me its gonna be baby steps to get all 3 dropped but he won first case with no judgment towards my history. He listened to everything i had to say and he responded quick or his assistant after every email or phone call. I recommend this law office to anyone that feels they have been unfairly treated by the system or in general any traffic or criminal defense.
