Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Cutler Bay FL

I love going to Skyzone because I love hanging out with friends, getting active and having fun. Dodgeball is the best ever and I love playing it so much. It has pros and cons. The bad thing is that whenever I play, the players and staff don’t compromise with the rules of the game. For instance; when I tell the referee that a player is out, sometimes he or she would get distracted or gives the player another chance because of their history or that one of them works there like that is not fair to me, just because you work there, doesn’t mean you can abuse your power and let your co-workers stay in the game even when they are out. It annoys me and other people too. And whenever there is a problem, some people argue about it and makes it difficult. Dodgeball needs to have better referees and players who know how to make the game fair and better for everyone else. I hope you find the time to read this and think about how it can affect everyone who plays there. Something needs to change and I, not only speak for myself, but for everyone too.

This place is amazing for all ages. My kids have the membership which is perfect and saves me a lot of money because they go 2 - 3 times a week. And they love the glow nights. The staff is very nice and professional.

I really liked this place and we became members. My child is almost 4 and loves jumping and is good for exercising for the both of us. I am giving it two stars because I see no cleaning around the trampolines and bathrooms. I go every Saturday morning to avoid the afternoon crowd and is not clean why is that? Staff is helpful and they do their job that is watching after everyone not getting injured. I wished also things are not so overpriced.

Very good most things, the rating is due to the exaggerated price of the socks, 4 $ with something else.a total madness if you take into account that in the market half a dozen brand socks cost around $ 6$.

Fair pricing, spacious, friendly and responsive staff.

We visited on a Friday, and they were very busy. Unfortunately there was an unruly customer that made a disturbance. The manager on duty, Howard, handled the situation very calmly and level headed. He also gave us a couple 1 hour passes to come back at another time when things weren't so hectic.

Overall, a great place for the kids to burn all that unused energy out.

So fun and cheap. A fun experience to go with anyone. Jumping around with your friends everyone will have a smile on their face. To much fun all around. Fun, fun fun. What else can I say.super fun

I know its a pandemic going on, and government is lowering restrictions, but this place was packed almost to full capacity. Very little cleaning or disinfecting going on. Only good thing is the kids were having a good time.

This is a great concept for kids to burn energy, but the cost is just way to much for what you get. The additional charge for socks has made it worst. $66. FOR 4 KIDS TO RUN AND PLAY FOR AN HOUR just isnt fair. Especially since they have young students at mim wage doing the work. What is the excuse for charging for socks. Most not to allow you to wear their own socks is Greed. Not worth the cost. Sad to cuz kids like it but I can buy my own Trampoline for the cost of 4-5 visits. I can also invite friend to come over for free. Or $250 for size great for 2-4 kids.

Managers tell you whatever you want to here. Place is unsanitary and most trampolines are closed with minimal options. This place is a joke and so are the sad excuse of managers who work here

The owner of Sky Zone needs to regroup and understand he cannot charge for everything he's charging for socks for the kids and it she'll be free

Great place for an active/fun evening! If you want to hang out with a group of friends or an adventure date, this is a great place! The staff are friendly, very clean environment and did I mention FUN!

Not a good layout. You cant watch your kids unless your following behind them. It takes entirely to long for pizza which has to be ordered from pizza hut. For a medium pizza hut pizza they charge you $14 versus paying pizza hut a mere $7. They dont allow you to order pitchers of drinks so you are left to buy individual drinks that cost around $2.50 each.

Great exercise for kids and adults. Fun alternative to outside activities when the weather doesn't allow it. Awesome staff.

My son had his 10th birthday party here in March (Good Friday) but I misplaced his free birthday passes. We took a chance and went to the park to see if they had a record of his passes. The manager on duty was very accommodating and friendly and my son was able to enjoy his free passes.

Not many activities for parents. But the kids had a blast. I think for the money there should be more activities.

Clean and well maintained. However there are quite a few rules that the children take issue with.

Birthday party packages are a great way to celebrate a child's special day! And are stress free event for a busy mom to host.

Very well organized and clean. My kids loved going here and the exercise is excellent for them.
