Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Daytona Beach FL

The place is usually a good temp.but today it was freezing in there. The VIP line is supposed to be taken before the regular line at internet line and it wasn't, waited for a bit. The new slide and zip line that was just pit in, my kids got bored with that in seconds. I'm thier father and I jump with my kids every other week and it looked pretty boring to me.

Overall place felt nice, staff was warm and engaging as well as informative and attentive but not overbearing, I felt comfortable letting my daughter run around. Good comfortable seating for the non jumping parents. The concessions were good and not overpriced compared with other local attractions, with a good number of options. My daughter had a blast and I got plenty of great pictures. Overall it was a good value and a great atmosphere! We will be back for years to come!

We visited today for the first time in a while. The place really went down hill. When I got I'm line there was 2 people being helped and 1 person waiting in the V. I. P.line. It took a while for the people to finish up so in the meantime 4 other people/groups got in line. 2 in the online reservations line and 2 more in the V. I. P. I was in the normal ticket line which apparently doesn't mean anything to them. The employees completely ignored me and helped all other 4 groups who came in after me! When I stopped and asked an employee if I was in the wrong line or something because I kept getting skipped he thought it was funny and told the other employee who both continued to laugh at me. I do not find anything funny about it and I'm spending my hard earned money here so really didn't appreciate that. All the employees were pretty rude. They are also doing construction so only 4 spots were open instead of the usual 7 or 8 spots. Because of this all the areas were super overcrowded and not supervised well at all. They should make people aware that construction is taking place before they buy tickets. We will not be returning anytime soon that's for sure.

Was here today for a birthday party today from 12 to 2 at 1 we had cake and pizza and then were told kids can not jump anymore that now kids can only jump for 1 hr even though after cake we still had 30 minutes in the room. We have had birthday parties at the sanford location and kids were able to jump for the 2 hours. I'm not sure if the rules for the party have changed but since my friend has a vip membership she would at least have been told ahead of time not at 1 when the kids wanted to go jumping again.

Pink hair lady dumb ah shi how she gon get mad when her kids get hit once and start crying but then her 2 kids for the rest of time they were there hittin other kids and then once one of them act up he get karma then she gonna bad mouth the two little kids she crazy like bruh they kids they finna get pushed around and they gon push back plus it’s skyzone so like cmon now anyways staff was cool everything was good and was fun overall shoutout 2 staff tho they handled that pink hair lady correctly

This place is the worst. The kids don’t seem to care and still have fun so that’s why we still come back once in a while. The line always takes forever and the people that work here are rude and distant. The place is not kept up that well, there are holes in the netting and the trampolines and surrounding structures are not taken care of.

The staff could be rude at times, as far as yelling at me and my young siblings for doing what every other child was doing. Also they had us leave 15 minutes prior to the time they initially told us to leave due to an event. I understand it makes it easier to have people leave earlier to set up, but VIP prices are not cheap, and a little respect would be appreciated. The trampolines and activities are very fun though!

I got vip passes for me and my 2 sons and they love it everytime we go. Can’t wait to go back this Monday when they finish the new attraction. The staff is always fun and friendly and very helpful. I have recommended to all my friends and family

My son went on the slide TWICE then he comes back a third time and gets denied because he has to be five but he’s four and about to be five in month and on top of that you guys let him get on twice so I’m not understanding? We left after that because everyone he was playing with was on that side the side he was just on! That’s ridiculous to me and the fact that you don’t even try to see it from a child’s POV sad.

This place will charge you for your 2 year old but they dont have any spaces for this age. If the parent does not pay to play, then the 2 year old has to play by herself with the older kids. Manager came in to separate the father from the 2 year old. A bit dangerous.

My daughter is super excited about the new upgrades that are coming…

My only issue was the hand sanitizer dispenser near the stairs to the main trampoline entry is always empty. With all that’s going on with Covid and Monkey Pox SkyZone should definitely make safety precautions/sanitary actions a priority!

Awesome birthday party experience! Thalia absolutely killed it in the best way. We had so many people and she made sure everyone was fed and had a drink. The nice ladies upfront got us and all of our guests checked in. Set up the room with our Spider-Man theme for our boy. It was perfect. Thank you all!

This used to be a good deal. I prefer hanger 15. The experience was not worth the price. We came when it was almost "glow party" time. But lights stayed on due to "renovations". Nothing was different except for the time of day and we were still charged the extra "glow party" price, including my TWO year old which is ridiculous! Two and under should be free at all times.or atleast half price. Very disappointed.

I brought 4 of my grandchildren here ages 4-13. There was something for everyone. The older ones played dodge ball almost the entire time. They loved it. Both are feeling sore today.
The littles and I experienced it all. We had a blast. Especially the slide the swing and the incline.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The facility was pretty clean I’d give it a 4 out of 5 for cleanness.
We used a Groupon for standard ticket fee so I think we definitely got our money’s worth.

Cool place but unsafe parking lot. Someone cut under my car trying to steal catalytic converter and the lookout works at this place. Will not renew my membership because of this.

They won't tell you until you get there that an all day pass ends at 8pm on Fridays.
They're "unauthorized" to do refunds.
They have horrible customer service skills.

It cost $90.00 for three kids to jump. That included socks which was an added way to get money, I guess. I only wanted 45 minutes or an hour, but that was not an option. A fountain drink was $2.75, which seems high when you are already spending too much to jump.

My kids and I love skyzone. We go to skyzone all the time but yesterday we had such a great experience. The cashiers name was Jaquan Lewis I asked for his name because he was so sweet to us. He has such great customer service. Jaquan said my sons name a little funny and we were laughing then he said he gets that all the time also because how his name is spelt also. Jaquan has such great customer service and made our stay at skyzone fun for my kids. We will definitely be back.

We've had our membership for years. Recently, when we checked in they wanted to take photos of the kids, I told them I didn't want their pictures taken. They told me my kids can't jump until they have their pictures taken for their membership application. Customers should be given a choice whether they want their photos taken or not. After summer, I will be canceling our membership.

Took my daughter there to have a little afternoon fun. The place is over policed by rotating staff members constantly whistling at you for the most foolish things. There was a “team leader” walking around with a whistle and a notebook telling other staff members what to yell at us for. I understand keeping the place safe and letting people know the rules, but why did I sign a 5 page waiver in essence covering their end if an accident did happen? !

Telling us we can only go a certain direction, that I’m not allowed to jump with my daughter who wanted to hold my hand while she jumped, and even for me literally sitting for 20 seconds to catch my breath after some jumping around. Place is a joke and a waste of money. Would never return. Lesson learned.
