Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Fort Myers FL

The facility itself is fine. It was clean, the staff is friendly and it was freezing. There are no social distancing measures enforced, even though there is social distancing signage posted. We only went to this one because the one closest to us closed down and our second choice isn't open on Mondays.

What got me is the very aggressive waiver you have to sign to participate. Beyond what I remember at other trampoline parks. You can't opt out of allowing them to take photos of you and use them for promotional materials. After you go through essentially 14 or 15 items you sign off that you can not sue them for you then have to sign the forced arbitration clause. There's limited liability and then there's this you can't sue us even if you have just cause waiver. PS they automatically opt you in to their email list so be on the look out for that too.

We stopped going here 6 months ago, my wife went online to cancel and called in to cancel the membership. Guess what, we keep getting charged. Every month for six months. The owner need to call me and fix this. Ridiculous!

Always a great time! Way better than sky zone. Take the kids here often. Fun for adults too. Staff is always friendly and aware of all the children playing. Highly recommend this place! Wish they were around when I was a kid.

We had my son’s 6th birthday at Defy. The whole process was so smooth and simple! From the moment we walked in I could tell that we were going to have a great time because the stress was completely removed. Check in was easy (the QR code invites are genius!), jumping was fun, the room looked great and our host Keely communicated with me at every step. It was worth every penny!

Fun place for adults and kids! I bought a Groupon for my son and was jealous I didn't buy one for myself! Lol. Will definitely be going back!

Be very leary of signing up for a membership. Cancelled ours online. Got an email that it would take 5-7 days to process. A month later I was still charged the fee. Go in to cancel and while they can sign you up and charge you at the counter, they can't cancel your membership or refund you the money at the counter. They have to email their corporate office and it will be another 5-7 days for them just to process the email. Its been 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money. From the way the person working the counter talked this happens all the time and it is of no concern to the management or whoever runs the place.

Defy is awesome! The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is fun, and it’s just a great experience. The only issue was from an activity area that wasn’t being used. I had asked if we could use it because there were some kids that wanted to play, but the staff said it was “broken” which I don’t necessarily believe. Other than that, great place for some fun!

This place is horrible, super dirty, disgusting, the bathrooms are nasty, they make you sign a waiver but not implementing a rule no use of bathrooms without shoes, the food is disgusting, the table are nasty, the garbage are piled up as mountain of garbage and you can’t fit anymore, the staff is not trained properly, and they don’t know what customer service means. The smell is horrible and overpriced.

Not enough staff working where the jumping area is or at check in. Long lines - we waited for 20 minutes to check in for a birthday party. Garbages were overflowing and we didn't get a feeling the place was clean.

I always have a positive experience here. The staff is courteous and professional. The facility is very well kept and there's non stop fun for our little one. We hosted our daughter's birthday party and have returned several times and always have an enjoyable visit.

My kids love this place. I do think the layout is way better than skyzone. Seems like there is more to do here with a better layout for parents to keep an eye on the kids. Don't know about the rest of their food but the pizza wasn't very good.

It was an amazing experience. I would recommend it to anyone. My family had so much fun! We are from Pittsburgh and this trampoline park puts ours to shame!

Always a pleasure. I've been going every weekend with my daughter and I have yet to have a problem. One thing is sometimes a private party can turn you away for the first two hours they open and you'll have no idea till you get there, Not a big deal. My daughter has a blast every time.

My kids now have to be 7 and up to jump on the super tramp? My kids have been coming here over a year and this is now a new thing implemented. If you keep this up, I’m canceling my membership asap!

The only complaint I would have is that online it doesn't really specify how long they have to jump and the party time that they do have. Everything is clean everything was set up for me in the party room and everything was cleaned up for me in the party room. The whole park was fun try not to fall into the pit you'll get stuck lol it was so much fun. The kid who helped set up the room and clean up the room was great I think his name was Christian he was awesome.

The experience once you get in is fine. It took us 35 minutes to get through the check in process, even with the waiver already filled.
It isn’t busy in the park at all, but there is a line of 25 people trying to pay to get in, completely bottlenecking their entire operation. Who knows how many people walked out… no one is managing anything, staff is trying their best.

*** added a star since that when we left there was no line. I suppose we visited with at a time when everyone else wanted to as well. Staff was very friendly.

There should be a daily cleaning. The foam pits are really disgusting and dangerous. One time I jumped in off the trampoline and stepped on a broken hair clip.
