So the driver that they assigned me drove so reckless I almost fell out of my wheelchair a few times the last straw was that the last time I was supposed the get picked up for dialysis the driver was told to give me a few minutes I use a manual wheelchair so unfortunately I don’t move as fast as regular adults my insurance gives a 15 minute wait window for the driver if I’m not put in 15 minutes the driver is allowed to leave he left after 5 when my brother called out to him through my ring camera he ignored my brother and left when I called the supervisor he ignored my calls no one at this company did anything to resolve this matter so I contacted my insurance and reported them and had them removed completely because I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people if they don’t have patience to wait more than 5 minutes and no don’t have the courtesy to address the issue then they should not be a medical transport service because people deserve better especially those with disabilities worst transportation company I’ve had to deal with if the company would have at least apologized and addressed the issue I would never have reported them and I would not have canceled the services with them but since they don’t understand that the patient is the one who decides ultimately who it is that services them they lost a client… So I have an update I don’t know who owns this company but they need to retrain their employees, I contacted this company directly last Friday and I politely informed the gentleman that answered the phone that I would no longer be using their services and to please remove me from their list of clients he said ok and proceeded to tell me that the supervisor wanted to speak to me before we disconnected I thought maybe the supervisor wanted to apologize and try to rectify the situation the first this she said to me as soon as she got on the phone was “so first you file a complaint against us then you put a bad review so it wasn’t enough that you tried to make us look bad” I was in complete shock that she was so rude and unprofessional I responded “so you really got on the phone to argue” she then proceeded to make threats to me and stated that she was going to file a complaint and lie to the company and tell them that I used to always be late and make the drivers wait 45 minutes to which I responded well if you want to lie you can go ahead and do that I have a ring camera and have all the encounters recorded it was kind of funny because if the driver had left me in 5 minutes on Wed why on earth would he wait 45 minutes on previous days and I also informed her that she was being very unprofessional and ended up hanging up on her, I don’t understand how someone that is so ghetto and unprofessional is working as a supervisor for this company but I hope that the owner reads this review and does something about this unacceptable behavior I’m glad my insurance submitted the request to have this company removed from my list of providers

This guy is so rude and creepy! And he rides with this woman in the front seat that stares at you the whole ride. Not the type of driver I want my little brother riding with.

Skytop is an excellent company. My mother uses their transportation and is very happy.the drivers are very friendly and professional. I sincerely recommend anyone who needs special transportation to give them a call, you won't regret it.

They're usually up to two hours late on the return drive and never get you to your appointment on time.
The drivers are usually awesome. Logan at the front desk is the only kind one.

I didn't call this company! But a driver just sailed through my front door unannounced. This company is terrible

I have been dealing with his company for some time now, almost on a weekly basis, 90 % of the time they are too early and always late to pick up.all of our patients are above 80 years old, and they have to sit in the heat waiting for transportation to show up.one example the driver was there on time but was too busy to get off her phone in spite of me knocking on her window.

My grandson has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, is in a wheelchair, and non-ambulatory. We are dependent on medical transportation companies to get to his medical appointments. So far this company has been a no show more than not, and if they show up, after appointments, we end up waiting from 2 to 4 hours for our pick up. In addition to my grandson not getting to his appointments, I have lost multiple hours of income from leaving work early or going in late for his appointments, only to be left sitting and waiting by this company. I guess they think this poor service is okay for Medicaid recipients.
I gave one star only I had to. I would have chosen no stars.

I don’t usually write reviews but when I do, it means a lot, the company has surpassed my expectations by light years! This company always goes the extra miles for their patients and staff. I want to give a special shout out to Logan and Rudy (Dispatchers) with there outstanding work ethics and problem solving skills to keep the day running smooth, always making sure the patient gets to there appointments on time and keeping good communication with the drivers. Aswell! Who can’t forget the dedication and hard work Jorge (owner) dose for this company, always going above and beyond for his staff and patients. I give my gratitude and appreciation to Skytop Transportation inc.for everything they do for the community of Florida!

SkyTop Transportation is a very reliable company. Very professional and clean. Courteous and prompt. The owner Jorge is a very nice guy and always willing to help out when a situation arise. The dispatcher Logan is funny and a joy to talk to when setting up appointment trips and makes sure things are done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend SkyTop Transportation for your transportation needs.

We're supposed to transport my grandchild from one facility to another. Said they were at pick up and had to cancel because of no show. WELL, AS BIG AS THAT FACILITY IS, WHY DIDNT THE DRIVER GO TO THE OFFICE AND GET INFO ON WHERE PICK UP PATIENT WAS? NO, YOUR DRIVER LEFT AND WHEN WE CALLED YOU, WE WERE TOLD THAT YOUR DRIVER CALLED, AND GOT NO ANSWER went to "
"A" DOOR AND KNOCKED.got no answer so the driver left. Now my grand daughter will loose her spot and other facility. If you charge my insurance with a NO SHOW, CANCEL CALL because your driver didn't do his or her job you can bet the B. B. B.will be contacted and I will contact a lawyer. Shadytop should be your name and GET PEOPLE WHO SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH, NOT THE JIBBER JABBER I GOT FROM PERSON ANSWERING PHONE!

I love that to clean the equipment and new. The drivers to and back to resident. Both drivers are professional and I want to call the company next time.

Jamaica older Gentleman that picked me transported me and returned me home in Palm Bay from the dentist in Stuart FL had a very professional character. Kind gentlemen, displayed excellent customer Service skills and empathy. He's definitely a great added asset to your company.
