A big Thank you to Slaughter Plumbing. We called in the morning that our Hot Water Tank was leaking.by Mid afternoon they arrived with a new tank, installed it and finished with in a couple of hours. Excellent installation and clean up by Jeff. I highly recommend Slaughter Plumbing for your water softener, Hot Water Heaters or any other plumbing needs.

Slaughter came out to our house months ago because we had a toilet that was leaking from the base. The first guys that they sent only caulked the base of the toilet, threw our bath towels down all around it on the floor and told us don’t use the toilet for a week. After they left we called the company and complained and they sent out a supervisor who was able to fix the problem. We paid for the service call for the supervisor to come out but now they are trying to charge us for the two clowns who did absolutely nothing and even sent it to a collection agency. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company.

I had a dishwasher removed the previous day and the man told me the way it had been installed I needed a plumber to finish the job. Called Slaughter and they were here next morning 15 minutes early. They redid the pipe under kitchen sink and then I asked if he would look at my bathroom sink. He adjusted the popup assembly and now it works fine. Connor & Jamie are a great team. Pleasant, professional, got the job done and out the door. Couldn't ask for anything better. To me price was reasonable for two men, a truck and a service call. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

The gentleman that came to the house I wish I remembered his name was professional and new his job very well. He came in checked the issue and figured out the problem fixed it I thought it was more of a problem than it was saved me money and and was gone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber. I want to say, thank you, Slaughter Plumbing.

Great experience. Had a competitor give us a quote that was over 3x what Slaughter charged us which was very reasonable. They were prompt, great price, easy to work with and did a good job. Along with great customer service gave us a great overall experience. They are now our new plumber going forward and highly Recommend them.

Worst installation ever, I use
Slaughter for years but never again!
400 for an out door shower I had to redo cuz all the tapcons were stripped out and they even shoved part a rubber glove to try and get the tapcons to grab lol.smh. I also had to clean up after the tech! So basically I paudb400 to have some pipes sweated together!

The business card say free estimator. They charged me $87 for tell me that my problem is the faucet in my tub. Them they told me that they need to change my faucet and that has to be different because my old faucet is not longer. They will gonna charge me $800. Then I went to Home Depot and found the exactly faucet. Please do not trust in this business.

In an emergency they try their best to get out there as soon as possible that has been my experience with them they're a little pricey in my opinion but over the years they have been very good to me

So we made an appointment to have a repair done, you know how regular working people take days off for stuff like this. Guy shows up early (30m). Good but I was still getting my kids breakfast, however its not that. The guy looks at my jacuzzi tub and says he's probably going to have to break something to fix it. Of course more money, but not mad about that.he goes on to tell me that he will have to come back another day. I made an APPOINTMENT to have this fixed, we explained what we needed and was told it would be done.mad about this, where's my time that I have an APPOINTMENT for? Then he proceeds to tell me "I cant carry all the faucets and valves in my van". Really? What about ace, lowes, home depot? He says it's a waste of time to go there. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU. Smart comments and no results.get your plumbing needs done by someone else.

We’ve had the pleasure of having Slaughter Plumbing visit our residency on numerous occasions for different jobs, and they never fail to impress us! We’ve had our toilet replaced, our bathroom sink drains updated, and our kitchen sink repaired. Every service has been completed thoroughly and for a great price. Slaughter Plumbing did a great job replacing our single-handle shower valve. Kory & Sam were prompt, efficient, courteous & kind. Their rate was fair and over $100 less than the flat rate quoted by another plumber. I will use them again for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.

Woke up to hissing noise and water leaking everywhere. Left a message after hours and they responded 2 minutes after they opened at 8am. Came within the allotted window, then told me what we needed. We went and got what we needed from Lowe’s and they came back the same day and everything is now fixed. We’re super nice on the phone and in person. This was my first need for a plumber as a homeowner and now they’re who I will be calling for the duration that I own this home.

They fit me in fast and did a great job installing two toilets at a very reasonable price.
