2Great experience at Ft Myers Sleep Number store! This was our second purchase and we wanted a bed as similar to our first as possible. They have changed, of course. Beatrix was very knowledgeable and help us find just what we wanted!
The staff at this location do not know their job. Recently visited the store and walked out with a delivery date for a new mattress. At 8k it seemed expensive but worth it for good sleep. Unfortunately when the delivery people showed they informed us how the mattress can’t be used with a platform bed. Would have been good information to have especially when my wife specifically asked about this compatibility. Through the process I have found the customer service and delivery people very professional and the bed did seem very comfortable so I wouldn’t recommend against sleep number but I would drive down to Estero in hopes that their sales staff is more knowledgeable.
