Zachary was phenomenal at explaining how the beds worked and gave amazing detail on the structures. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

In a world where the art of sales and exemplary customer service has devolved to a carless, heartless, and unintelligent life form, going into a store is far from the top of my list. Sleep Number Sarasota, however, made my visit and buying experience outstanding!

Their product state-of-the-art, and my entire experience with Zach and David was nothing short of top-shelf. They both exude professionalism, compassion, and expertise.

Oh, and the technology that comes with the Sleep Number bed is unbelievably helpful, especially if you're looking to improve your sleep and overall health!

Stephanie was awesome! She had 2 couples in the store and was only one there. She was very knowledgeable and very patient and make us feel important and listened to our needs for a bed. I highly recommend this store location and working with Stephanie.

I had a great experience shopping for a Sleep Number bed for the first time at the Sarasota FL store. David (manager) was very helpful in explaining the features of different mattresses and wasn't pushy at the point of sale. He was good humored and patient while I tried different options and helped me to find my sleep number. Highly recommend shopping here for great products and customer service!

Great place to shop for a bed. We had Kim as a sales ladey and she was great! We told her what we were looking for and she knew exactly what to show us. We had a great experience shopping for a bed. First time ever! Was dreading it but turned out great. The bed is awesome. Been sleeping in our Serta adjustable bed for a month now and no complaints! Thank you so much Kim!

Actual star rating is 0 on every aspect: product, customer service, and price. This is a large scale sham with an excellent marketing front. I purchased a $4k king I8. After two years my lower back began hurting. I thought it was something else at first. Perhaps, my workout routine or I had hurt it lifting something in the past. Then I traveled and slept on a different mattress and woke up with no back pain. I then realized that the mattress was not getting firm even when it was at the highest level of 100. I called the store that I bought it at off of Fruitville, and spoke with the manager there. He said that I needed to download the app on my phone and that may help. I tried that and it did nothing to get the mattress any firmer. When I called back to try to speak with him again he would not take my calls or return them, so I called the company headquarters. They tried to do nothing, but when I stayed on them they finally sent a “technician” out to my home. The technician said that it it did not seem like it was getting firm enough and then he believed that a part may be broken and that he would call it in to get the part. They then tried to charge me $300 for the part even though the mattress was only two years old! When I complained they waived the cost and they sent the technician back out to install the part. However, this time it was a different technician and when he showed up he said that it did not need that part and that that part was working just fine in the mattress! After several more calls into the company, I realized that I was never going to get anywhere with them. They would not give me any kind of refund, they did not stand by their product, it was always somebody different I was talking to on the phone, and it was a different technician each time they sent somebody out. Basically, just a big run around with no resolution that went on for almost a year. I finally gave up and purchased another mattress with a different company which I love. I hope this review will save you $4,000, from a sore back, and from constant headaches dealing with this unethical company.

Amazing experience upon entering Frank met us with a warm welcome and tended to each of our needs! He was so helpful and quick. Thank you Frank for helping us find the perfect bed for our new home! I can’t wait to get my best nights sleep!

I have been trying to sleep on my bed from these people for over a year. My back keeps getting worse. I’m giving up today I called to have them come out and put it in a bedroom that no one sleeps in. Everyone has been telling me it would be $99 I booked the appointment and it’s $138.03. And they can’t even tell me this point what time on that day that they’re coming. Run from this company their beds are horrible. I’ve tried every number under the sun.
