Their website states headgear is one size fits all; not true. The one I ordered is way too big and won’t work. I contacted customer support and Stacy told me it can’t be returned. Now I’m out a mask and thirty-four dollars. I’ll never order from here again. I should have known when I saw James’s signature “Your greatly apprecited”. Dude. Ugh.

Hi it was nice and pleasant expirience to buy our machine directly from Hollywood shop. Bryan was very helpfull. Definetly recomend Hollywood store to my friends, coworkers.

While this proports to offer pickup at store location, not so yesterday. No answer to phone. No reply to VM or chat. Fortunately Medical Decision Services answered and provided the item and it was less $$.
