A great place for anyone looking for top quality 3D printing equipment. Slice Engineering team was really helpful with me when I was building my magnum+ hot-end with advice and parts. It is my go-To store since I got serious with 3D printing, I highly recommend it.

I had a disappointing experience with the company's shopping cart, but Customer Success Manager Jenny Benson sorted it all out quickly, professionally, and pleasantly. How many companies today even let you know an employee's name? I think Slice Engineering cares about their customers as much as they do their excellent products.

While this may not be the most popular or well-known company for 3D printer parts/accessories I can tell you that they deserve a lot more recognition. They have extremely fast response times and always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Simply the best customer service you can find. Their products are high quality, and it is clear they take great pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Initially when I installed this upgrade I did not read the directions close enough. I assembled the hot end incorrectly and caused several problems. The support I received has been top notch and walked me through the problem step by step. The printer seems to be printing better than it has since I bought the printer. I would say the copper head hot end is a very good product and support has been amazing. I would highly recommend the Copperhead upgrade for the Raise3d pro2 if you want to fix the clogging issues.

I'd give Slice Engineering 10 stars if I could. They make solid, quality engineered products that deliver results. In addition, their customer service can't be beat. Whether it's support or parts or a question, they provide "old school" service that is rare these days. Many thanks especially to Manny who helped us recently with a Copperhead Heat Break issue and turned us on to their new desiccant products. Recommend 100%.

Johnny was very helpful and help to solve my problem. With BN the water in it needs to cure over night or heated at about 90C for about 10 minutes for water in it to dissipate.

I ordered some parts and got renowned service back. I ruined one of the parts they sent to me. They quickly helped me w/ my error on judgement.
