I am new to the area and did not receive a survey with my home. I emailed every local survey company the city had on their list. Most companies did reply with their: "sorry, we don't have it", BUT Sliger not only had it, but sent it without cost! (even when I offered to pay for a copy) There are good people out there; you just need to know where to find them!

Sliger explained exactly what I needed for an addition to my property and was transparent with each step of the process. Both their field crews and office personnel seem highly knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer any questions or concerns I had, and ended up saving me a considerable amount compared to the quote one of their competitors had given me.

Even the city told me never use this place. This of course after we paid them $2,000 for a survey. Midbuild we need a form board survey. They refused to do it sooner than 6 months. 3 other survey companies told me even though they’re all backed up they fit those in because they are needed midbuild. When I explained this to Heather the manager, she smiled and mocked me and basically told me oh well. 3 other companies told me this is insane and poor business. DO NOT SLIGER

Very disappointed. Was told 6-8 weeks for survey. Took 12 weeks. After calling and emailing. Project manager was never in. Was charged 9.5 hours of field time. When really were here only 2 hours. Paid over $1800 for a land survey. When reading the other reviews people paid way less. They were recommended to us. Lesson learned. Probably over charged me because I kept calling. I had to go to office to get the survey. Left with no survey. They called me 15 minutes later and it was done. We don’t have a large lot. A small shed and patio. Call around. I don’t recommend them.false. Had to approve it to get my survey. It was not 9 weeks. I made the deposit on 7/13/2021. I noticed the truck. 2 day total of 2 hours. They Guys even talked to my neighbor for 30 mins after.lot is 125x90

GET OTHER ESTIMATES! I saved over $400 within 5 minutes and 3 calls after getting Sliger's estimate. Multiple quotes were all around $400 less, and I was a repeat customer. Had my last two surveys done with Sliger so it should not have been a real tough job. I only added a pool. They said that was the discount. It would have been a few hundred more than that if I was a new customer. So as a NEW customer to the others that I received quotes from STILL saved $400. With that in mind I would say they are knowingly over charging and that's bad business in my opinion.
