SLS LUX Brickell Hotel & Residences, Miami FL

Everything exceeded our expectations! It was a great first impression from the moment we walked through the door and into the lobby -A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Francisco at the front desk was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole check- in/check-out process. The front desk manager, Mario, was superb and made our stay extra special. Really went above and beyond -something not often seen lately. Thalia at the front desk was very attentive to all guest that passed through the lobby and Friztner handled our small issue at 2am promptly. The room was huge, super clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and a nice place to relax in. Overall, a fantastic stay! It's the place to be when visiting/staying in Brickell. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks, Team for making my celebration extra special! Keep up the great work!

I only choose the place because they have the Best Spa in Miami if you are a Spa Lover that’s your place

I love Miami, and i love this location.
This place has the BEST SPA IN MIAMI. They made my stay wonderful. I even got a membership from their SPA - Lux Med Spa is a must if you are in Miami.

The girl at the front in pink shirt is rude, needs training on being more welcoming and interact professionally and positively, first time walking in here, bad first impression, probably won’t stay here in future as result

I always send friends to visit Miami in this hotel with a spectacular architectural structure and we are always very satisfied, the staff is very competent and polite as well as extremely helpful. Rooms always clean and comfortable. Excellent experience as always!

My husband and I came to visit Miami for the second time this past weekend. Last year we stayed on South Beach and this year we decided we wanted to do it a little different. After a lot of research, I kept landing back at this hotel and I’m so glad this is where we stayed. Absolutely stunning hotel, staff was so friendly and helpful, location was perfect! Our room was super roomy, bed was very comfortable and the view was awesome. We stayed in a King Suite with a city view that looked right over to all the shops. Traffic noise wasn’t an issue at all unless it was something loud like a horn, sirens or revving engines. But that wasn’t an ongoing thing. Next time we come back to Miami, there is no other place I would rather stay than at SLX Lux!

Edited to say…we had one minor issue with our shower not working properly and the staff came up to our room at a late hour to help resolve the issue. An offer was made to let us change rooms immediately but we agreed for maintenance to come back the following morning at a time I had given and like clockwork they came and resolved the issue.

I just call to make a Reservation. I will not stay in this hotel just because how Rude and not professional the phone staff was. Beautiful hotel. So sad the staff is ruining the vibe.

Personally one of the best hotel in the area.

The service is amazing and the amenities are wonderful. The view is incredible. You will definitely fall in love with it.

Avoid booking reservations at this hotel. It was an absolute head ache to get my reservation canceled and I had to jump through hoops with Managment to get them to no charge penalties.

First off I want to say I hope you read the full review to understand where I am coming from. SLS LUX Brickell is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. It looks very new and chic and is in a popular busy area of Brickell. Lots to do and eat not just in the hotel. SO you have plenty of options. HOWEVER, the service here is what gave it such a poor rating.

My room had 1 set of towels and wash clothes (I had to ask for more serval times) the basic bath room supplies in the shower were not replenish. My tv would freeze up multi times and had to call to get them to reset it (Which they gladly did) Valet phone service wasn't the great I would request for my car and I would have to still come down stairs and ask and request again. I think they just couldn't figure out which car was mind.

And to make matters worst. They charge me $30 for a stain towel. I enclosed the picture. How and why SLS Lux Brickell.

Now with all that said would I ban them and say don't stay here, the answer is No. I think this is a great location and stay and it was not all bad. The room and bathroom were simply amazing. The overnight manager Fritz was a gentleman and scholar. Every time he seen a guest coming he press the automatic doors to let them in, greeted them and ask how their day was going. At the end of my trip he knew my name and pass me a bottle of cold water every time. And the one time I came in a little tipsy and a hand full of items he had me escorted upstairs. He honestly need to do a little training class with a few staff members (But to be honest I DID NOT bump or interact with many members because I was out most of the day for Rolling Loud, so I am sure there is wayyyy more friendly people) I just didn't experience many unless it was him. Even the guy on check out was very quiet and offish. But the overnight staff is the main reason I would come back.

But SLS LUX Brickell you got to do better,

It’s dark hallways are weird and the pic of the lady in my room is weird as well. Other than that. It’s nice and the staff is amazing

Excellent attention from the staff in all areas of the Hotel. Beautiful pool. Extraordinary location. Beautiful room with very comfortable mattress.

They never give back the deposit. Not answering the phone calls, not answering the emails, IF they answer the they are totally not helpful. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

This hotel is location, location, location, and a few other things! It's in the heart of everything and walking distance to almost anywhere in Brickell. Mall is directly accross the street. The most trending restaurant "Gekko" is right downstairs. However, the icing on the cake is the customer service and staff. Mario and Francisco who work the reception desk are delightful! They were prompt and happy to help at every turn; it almost felt as if they were working 24/7 during our 4 day stay. I can't rave enough about this place.

Friendly/helpful staff, beautiful view of downtown Brickell, and a huge pool on the 9th floor. There's tons of restaurants and shops all around. The beds are a little too soft for my personal preference and you have to call the concierge for ice, other than that I had a great experience here.
