Very caring staff. Dr. Dupree always takes his time to examine your pet baby and answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this practice.

This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been too. The doctor takes so much time to explain what is going on with your animal and sincerely cares about their overall health. The ladies up front are so friendly and work hard to get you in when your fur baby is ill. I also love they always follow up the next day to check on your animal to ensure they are improving. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and based upon how they treat you and your pet like you are part of their family.

Honestly best service, I went with my mother to take our dog and the receptionist Carla there was very nice to my mother, she told me to write a review saying she will always come to this place. Thank you to everyone who works there

I have a tiny 4.5 pound chihuahua who has epilepsy so I was terrified to have a much needed dental on him. After getting an estimate for almost 1,000.00 from another hospital I called for a second opinion. Judy took time to explain the entire estimate, compare it to their process and even figured out what untypical charges were by asking her vets. She eased my mind so much I decided to have small animal hospital do the dental. The process was great! She was even kind enough to send me a quick photo of my baby in recovery. He lost 6 little choppers from his overcrowded tiny mouth and his teeth are pearly white! His kisses don’t stink at all anymore and I guess we will have to find a new nick name because stink face doesn’t suit him anymore! If you have any hesitation about a dental like I did.just do it! Dr Dupre performed the dental flawlessly and Judy and the rest of the front office were great! The cost was half of my previous estimate. I highly recommend!

We winter in Fort Myers and the Small Animal Hospital was recommended to us by folks in our RV resort and we were NOT disappointed. Our cat had to have emergency surgery and we felt 100% comfortable with leaving her in their hands. Dr. Dupree was fantastic as well as all the staff. I referred a business acquaintance of mine to Dr. Dupre and Small Animal Hospital who was having trouble with their dog. Until our dog passed away, we were a client of Dr. Dupre and Small Animal Hospital. My friend can not say enough positive things about the service they and their dog received. They just like to steal money. My pet Sucdeznuts was clearly on the edge of dying and i didn’t get no help immediately. I was highly upset with the whole situation when they said the total amount. THEY WANT MONEY.

The staff was nice and pleasant.when I asked a question the front tried to answer the best they cld until the doctor was free to get my question answered.

Small Animal Hospital has been the most helpful, caring, professional and attentive Animal Clinic I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Dupree, Dr. Nicholas and their techs went above and beyond to care for both my senior cats. The entire administrative crew is so kind and always willing to answer any questions. 100% will return.

My pup Abbi came down with my parents for the winter and needed care asap. When calling for an appointment they were so sweet and scheduled her promptly for an appointment. When arriving at the appointment Abbi was extremely nervous being a previous rescue before we adopted her. Angela and the other front desk girl (horrible at names) was so kind and offered her a treat and got her to a room quickly to help calm her nerves. Dr. Nicholson thoroughly examined Abbi for any possible issues and had fantastic bed-side manner. You could tell she truly loves animals and her career. Her tech was awesome as well and so good with Abbi. We had saw another vet with her prior who didn’t know what it was and sent us on our way but Dr. Nicholson gave her the RX needed and scheduled for her surgery right away. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable vet!

I recently brought my 13 year old chihuahua in with an ongoing nasal problem she was having. We were in the market for a new vet, so I came across Small Animal Hospital while searching for the best and most affordable in the area. They got us in within hours of calling to make an appointment, which is completely uncommon in this area, as I’ve always been told from other vets that appointments are booked weeks out.
We were brought straight back upon arrival, and the nurse, followed by Dr. Dupre were there checking out my dog within minutes! I’ve never experienced such a wonderful, caring staff in any establishment in my entire life. Turns out my dog needed teeth extracted in order to rid of the nasal issue. Again, Small Animal Hospital lined up the appointment right away, got her in, and extracted the problematic teeth, and at a VERY affordable cost! All of this happening right around the holidays would have normally been overwhelming and stressful, but this office, staff, and Dr. Dupre made it all work out, and we’re all extremely happy with the outcome! Our dog is in great shape now thanks to all of them! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and will continue to go here for as long as we have pets.

This is the best vet I've ever had. Everyone there truly cares about their patients. Dr. Duprey takes the time to talk with you, empathize and makes sure you understand everything that is going on with your pet. They have saved my pets lives, corrected wrong and dangerous minsdiagnosises from other vets and helped with special homemade diets.

The front office is wonderful and caring and always helpful to get my baby in and Dr Dupree is very caring and cares for his patients

The ladies Sarah, Judy Angela and Liz are all so sweet and helpful when I take my 3 furbabies in to see drs, who are also the most compassionate drs I've ever been too.

Clean offices and although I haven't used this service yet, they also do boarding how wonderful is that, everything all in one place.

Dr. Nicholson was my veterinarian for multiple dogs (7) and cats (2) for over 15 years first as a home care vet and then as a vet at Small Animal Hospital. I have had chows for 30 years and rescued them for over 20 years and have had a lot of dogs and some who were difficult with strangers or the vet. During that time, I have had experience with many different small animal veterinarians and I can truly say she stands out as the best small animal vet I have used. She is kind, caring, competent, professional and respectful to the pets and the pet owner. I cannot say enough good things about her. I have also had very good experiences with the Dr. Dupre and all the Small Animal Hospital Staff. I recommend Small Animal Hospital when anyone is looking for great care of their pets.

We just moved to the area and was in search of a good Veterinarian for our fur babies and we came across Small Animal Hospital online. Based off the good reviews the facility had, we decided to use them and the reviews did not disappoint. The facility, the staff, and Dr. DuPre were very kind and professional. One of our fur babies has a liver shunt and Dr. DuPre was very supportive of her diet and didn’t want to change anything, because it’s working well for her. The facility is nice and clean. We will definitely continue to use Small Animal Hospital and Dr. DuPre.
