I don’t know who tf are these people but they have been literally harassing me since a month from a bunch of different numbers I have block a few, always I answer them they stay quite this is starting to pissing me off if they don’t stop I will press charges

I haven't bought from this company yet, but I program their number in my phone while @ work to order later. They have been harassing me for almost a month NON- STOP. I answered the call once and told them to put me on the do not call list. They call every single day multiple times from different numbers. If it don't stop. I will call the Better Business Bureau and press charges. I never had anyone to keep calling from a Florida number. I barely have calls. Please stop calling. I read the reviews and this company have alot of bad reviews. Thanks.

This company is a scam and the saddest thing is that they take advantage and take advantage of older people. My mom saw an ad for leggings on TV that they said was for circulation and they charged her $220 because she even had to pay for shipping, which they said she didn't have to do, and they never told her about the return policy. Leggings, in addition to not being useful, are not for circulation. My mother has tried to call customer service and she only spoke once and when we explained what happened they told us that she could not return the product and did not give her any more information. And they have never answered the phone. Right now we feel scammed because they only told us about a catalog and I don't see it as fair and correct that if they don't explain the cancellation and return policy well, one has to keep something that is not what they wanted. I was hoping it doesn't even work for you. I feel very offended and scammed by this company that is not reliable at all. After they manage to sell you the product, they don't pick up the phone.

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY! This business will sell you products with the guarantee that if you are not satisfied with the product you can return the product within 21 days of purchase for a full refund however this is false. I bought one of their products but after receiving the merchandise I realized that it did not fit properly and I decided to return it. I contacted their customer service to ask how can I return the product, I was told that they do not process any refunds but Instead they offered me catalog from which I could chose a product equaling the value of the product I wanted to return. After speaking with several of their customer service and being denied a refund i felt hopeless and I gave up which is probably how they make their money. This company’s tactics are fraudulent business practices. The product which I bought and paid in full with a credit card is a hearing aid at a cost of 170.00 dollars of which I’ll never get back. I’m an elderly person on a fixed income and they took advantage of me. Shortly after my credit card was hacked in the amount of 300.00, I’m not implying that it was this particular business however it’s seems suspicious and now my bank closed my account and is investigating. Please don’t do like I did, do some research and purchase from somewhere else.smart products corp. SHAME ON YOU!

Very bad customer service
they sell things that don't work screens that don't fit plump people
apart from that you have to pay the Uber when you have to return it or they have to bring it to your home I had a very bad experience I returned the product and they did not want to return my money
The attention was very bad, I really do not recommend it
Those pants are for thin women, women with chubby hips or stockings don't work for them.
The size 2x and 3x is as if it were a medium size for plump women it doesn't work for her

I only called in the morning for a deaf friend who is 91 years old. I asked him why the headphones were very expensive for him. All the employees called me every half hour was a telephone bank. I finished at 8 at night I asked why they were doing that and they told me that I was the one who called // THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL They are in Doral on 81st avenue and the 33stlo that sells is Chinese and does not work and has no refunds

This comany takes advantage of seniors. My 70 year old mother, saw an ad on TV for compression socks sold by B. N. T (8113 NW 33 Street, Doral, FL 33122). She was sold 4 pairs of compression socks for $200. Unforunately, the customer service representative never explained that the company does not process returns only exchanges. The compression socks were made of bad quality material, and the compression/mmHg pressure was lower than 8-15mmHg. My mother has DVT & her doctor told her to return the socks because they were worthless for her.
My mother spent hours with customer service representaives who were rude, unprofessional and simply kept repeating the same line "we only do exchanges for products & no refund returns".
The worst part was when one customer service representative told her that if the socks did not work for her, they could send a catalog of "other products" that she could purchase for the $200 credit. Really, to spend $200 on "other products" that she doesn't even need. The audacity of this company is above & beyond.
