If there were 10 stars I would give it. Rob is awesome. He made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy, painless, and quite frankly PLEASANT. He is very professional, does what he says, when he says, for the price he gives. He helped us get a new countop and our vanity installed in an extremely short timeframe. What should have been a quick swap out of a vanity turned into a calamity. So, the top that came with the vanity wouldn't work, and we have lots of guests coming in and a party planned, and this is our only downstairs bathroom. Rob agreed to help us out and make it happen. He totally saved the day for us, and the installation is beautiful. Don't call anyone else - this is the place for all your granite, and quartz needs. Rob and his team are AMAZING! We have been remodeling our house for about 2 years, and I have dealt with a lot of contractors who have made our lives very difficult and inconvenient, and just make the process a big headache, etc. Choose Rob, and you will have no worries, just beautiful countertops.

Have had Smart Stone install countertops in two homes and have been pleased with the results and the price. In the most recent installation, however, there was less attention paid to the final finishing: grit was left on the surfaces before the sealant was applied, and that application was spotty and uneven. We are searching to buy sealant to better finish the job ourselves.

Rob Martin is very arrogant and rude. He gave me a quote of $600 for three small sills for my bathroom remodel. I asked him to give me the breakdown and it infuriated him. He insulted me on the phone and the demanded me to take his check to him for previous work. I went to Ultimate Granite in Ocala and the same three pieces was $260. Beware of this guy. My friend is a decorator in town. She won’t be send him anymore business.

The initial process of scheduling and having measurements done was very easy.

The install was done very professionally. The installers showed great care in having everything cut precisely and finished the job in a timely manner. What was even more impressive is that they were very attentive to trying to clean up after themselves even to the point of using a leaf blower to clear dust off our sidewalk!

You don't often find service like this anymore. It was a breath of fresh air.

Smart Stone did a great job on our quartz countertops. Rob is awesome to work with! We had tricky installation for an antique style sink and Rob and his team found a great solution. We would 100% work with Smart Stone again!
