George did an excellent job! He was very professional, helpful and knowlegeable. The location is perfect for me and the facility is beautiful and clean.

I initially had a storage unit with Cube Smart for over a year and was a very satisfied customer until it was acquired by SmartStop. Within a year, SmartStop raised my rate two times. I downsized to a smaller storage unit, and within 2 months SmartStop raised my rate. It appears to be a trend and I suspect another rate hike.
BEWARE of rate increases. SmartStop likes to sign you up with a cheap rate and raise the rate soon after.
