I stopped in and made an appointment for a spiral perm in person Monday. I show up Wednesday for my 1 o’clock appointment. The security door is down and nobody was there. No phone call to reschedule. No sorry I’m not gonna be there for your appointment. I took a day off of work for this appointment very dissatisfied with their customer service

Older lady disrespected me and my dad the exact words that came out her mouth was "what do you want or why are you here I told her I wanted a little trim she told me and my dad that her station was dirty and it was her lunch break it'll be about 10 minutes. I will never go back there to get my haircut.

Worse haircut I have ever received. My son and I came in today for simple cuts. The lady that did my hair absolutely should not be cutting hair and needs to go back to school. I wanted a simple cut to the shoulders and walked out with the top of my hair 3-4 inches shorter than the rest and the bottom super uneven. If I could leave zero stars I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would not recommend anyone going there.

If I could give this hairdresser a 0 I absolutely would. The family and I came in the afternoon last Wednesday evening and there was one lady working. She took us in straight after another cut for my oldest son who was starting kindergarten the very next morning. I was appalled because the woman had to ask us what size trimmers guards to use for everything. Before the haircut even started I mentioned that he had three cowlicks and she acknowledged she heard me. By the end of the haircut she had taken the guard off when told to use a 1 and left an inch off the side of my babies head bald! I was livid and walked out. She trimmed right through all three cowlicks making it look like a buzz cut when we asked for a simple classic little boys haircut. Some parts were too long and other were choppy the whole thing didn't fade at all. I didn't even want to pay her. Her trimmers were so dull she had to borrow her bosses who were also dull and they kept pulling his hair, she had no regard for it. She has completely lost her passion for haircuts or is simply not meant for the job id save my money. Be warned!

I went there today to get my hair cut, I got there at 6: 25 pm, the woman working in there refused to cut my hair, she was cutting a small child's hair, anyway she said it was almost 6: 30 and she couldn't take anymore people, I said but y'all don't close till 7, she refused to cut my hair, I'll never go back, and me and my husband walked away they lady working and the child's Father started laughing at me, I strongly suggest y'all get some workers

Drove an hour for an appointment to have my moms hair permed and the stylists didn't show and the one that was there was closing the shop and it wasn't closing time. I won't go back.

Ashley did an amazing job Best cut and style I've had in so long everyone there was so friendly.
