Dr is great but no one ever answers the phone. Ever. They take 24-48 hours to call back, doesn't help when you need a question for collaboration of care and treatment.

I like Dr. Lodi. He’s been my doctor for years. I like him better and I think that the nurses were more and ease and happier at the bank center but it is what it is.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff and nurse Victoria made me feel comfortable on my initial visit to SMG. Very impressed with Jamie Crawford who took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. She was reassuring and I'm very happy to have found a medical provider that makes me feel like she cares!

Love Steward Medical Group and Dr. Raj Vellody! He's been taking care of my mom, my dad and I for years!

I trust Dr. Shapiro and his nurse, Jan. He LISTENS to me.
It is very difficult to reach the office and TALK to a person.

It was a very good visit with Dr. Vellody. We covered several concerns and it ended up that I had a problem that needed antibiotic. Thank heaven i mentioned it to him.

Dr. Vellody is top notch. I’ve never stayed with a physician as long, and I do because of his care. The staff has improved (attitude, efficiency) over the last year.

I visited PA Trey McMullen. Very thorough and nice guy! Nice interaction with patients. I was referred by my boyfriend he feels the same. I’ll be back in a year. I have to say all the office staff were very nice and friendly as well. This was a nice surprise as I’ve been to other offices lately that were not so friendly.
I highly recommend this office!

It was easy to book an appointment needed due to illness and got in to see my PCP the following day. Very good communication and follow-up by the PCP.

The front reception staff are some of the worst I have ever had to deal with or encounter. The doctors and staff in the back are some of the very best I’ve had to deal with. So I put up with the front just so I can get to the back. I expect medical staff to appear to a higher standard. When the front office worker knows that you are on Medicare and have a secondary insurance but then ask you which one is primary you know that you are not dealing with someone that has been educated well enough for this job.

Very short wait time. Janice is great. Always personable and kind. Dr Aboutanos is the best. Been with her for a lot of years. She listens and is extremely helpful. I totally trust her!

I feel very fortunate to have Dr Aboutanos and staff as my health care. Dr Aboutanos is always willing to listen and responds in very understandable language, alleviating my concerns, and resolving medical issues. The staff are very friendly and are efficient in making appointments, answering portal messages and returning calls, giving it all a personal touch.

Office appt with Dr Aboutanis. She's terrific! She's been my Dr 4 2 decades! She's the best. Listens! All the staff are great! Janice is amazingly kind!

I really like my medical providers at SMG. Never make me feel like they don’t have time to talk with me about my health etc.
