It's been a very pleasant experience each time I have been to this dental practice. The entire staff is welcoming.

Excellent doctor, Hygienist, Assistant and staff.

My experience was the I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone is so polite and Kahelee was the best she treats people like their family. I would recommend smile design to everyone because I've never had a more positive experience thank you smile design

I stopped going there. They frequently spoke Spanish with each other around me, knowing I only spoke English. I gave them 2 opportunities; it was very disrespectful for them to speak like that, especially in front of me.

I went in with very swollen gums. I had neglected my teeth for a long time and was so embarrassed when I went in for the first time. The ladies at this office made me feel so comfortable. They are all very nice and I didn’t feel like I was judged. I would recommend this place!

Wonderful attention, all very professional and friendly, the girl at the reception desk was very sweet, plus Yaira, Crisian, Irene and Dr. Arora helped me with everything, it was the best dentist appointment of my entire life.they are lovely girls

Thank you very much for the good experiences I had at Smile Design Lake Wales. I especially want to think the young lady who cleaned my teeth. I can't remember her name but she is from Ecuador. She is the one who finally got through to me how to do the flossing. I have tried and tried to do what they told me to do through the years but she finally showed me how. I wish everybody there the best from now on.

Short wait times, at least for me. The girls at the front desk are "on it", professional and care. I've been going to Smile Design for a couple of years now, and have not had a problem. They work very well as a team.

I broke my tooth and the staff got me in that day on Monday. Dr looked at it and said needs come out. Was able to get out on Friday after taking antibiotics. Thanks for staff and doctor for fantastic service.

I definitely wish I would have checked the reviews before going to this God awful place. The dentist is the worst! She is extremely rude unprofessional and rough. For years I didn’t go to the dentist because financially I couldn’t afford it. Later in life I became the owner and operator of a six figure business but I was embarrassed to go to the dentist bc I didn’t want anyone to see my teeth in that condition. This dentist complained during every procedure about the condition of my gums.
I asked about getting implants and she walked away as she was telling me they were too expensive. I guess she assumed I couldn’t pay for them IDK maybe bc I’m African American. I got partials and during the fitting I keep telling her they didn’t fit this crazy lady keep shoving them in insisting that they did. Well I now have partials that I have paid thousands of dollars for that I can’t wear and there is no available appointment until February because I can’t go today because my gums are all scratched up due to the improper fitting of the partials.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I WISH SOMEONE WARNED ME IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME THOUSANDS.
