Hands down best service! They got me in within hours I called to make and appointment…I was in pain they were very understanding and helpful. From the front to the doctor and assistant, my visit went amazing! I will keep on coming back!

So so upset and waist of my time. I am ANGRY! I called ahead of time before scheduling my son’s appointment here…
To ask important questions and details that were going to help me decide on taking my son here or not!
Questions that were answered and details “everything sounded “ GOOD.
I show up to my appointment and A WHOLE DIFFERENT S THING!
I was there early I waited, my appointment time came up, still waiting 30 minutes later FINALLY we were called next. Did expats and spoke to some ladies, etc….
Took 30 minutes just for 1 part of the visit to done… (it seemed as they were training) ok with that. Then another 30 minutes to be told the hygienist might not be able to see my son nor get his cleaning done as I was told it would be. That’s why I was there for to begin with!
Went and asked THE SAME questions I had already asked over the phone before booking the appointment… I was told a TOTALLY different answer and information! My son was just there waiting for his cleaning finally after me looking for a good dentist. We ended up there and were VERY disappointed! I went there for nothing and STILL was charged $49 just for X-rays never spoke to the hygienist! I was already upset about the LIES I was told over the phone. Nurse there couldn’t make up there lies or information straight for me to understand what was I really there for!? I heard 1 thing here then another different thing there and it was just not correct information (important) info. I really needed plus my son’s cleaning! At this point I wanted to just walk out!
They seemed to be ok with me to just go! They didn’t care how I or my son were sitting there for hours! For nothing!
Still asked me for the $49!?
I shouldn’t have payed, really they did nothing
I will not be going back nor keeping my husband’s appointment there either!
Waist of our precious time and $49 that I work hard for!

Was a complete waste of time. Didn’t check my insurance before going in to see the dentist. Once they are done looking at my teeth they tell me that they don’t take my insurance… so I had to pay out of pocket for them to just look at my teeth. When all of that could’ve been avoided if they had just checked my insurance in the first place….

My dental hygienist Nhu, is the absolute best! I've been seeing her for three years and go to this office specifically for her to work on my teeth. She is respectful, gentle, and thorough. Nhu should definitely be recognized as an employee that goes above and beyond! This office is organized and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back! A+ Thanks smile design for providing such great quality hygienists and quality service!

Most staff are super friendly, and my dentist is great. She answers any and all questions and doesn’t rush me out. Biggest problem is getting my bill corrected and having staff answer the phone. I left work early after them not answering my call and I’m outside their building now - no one is inside. Must’ve left early to celebrate 4th of July a day early? My $85 bill should be ~$22 and it took me calling them twice for them to finally file a claim with my insurance, atleast I thought. Now I’ll just have to track them down another day.

My third visit to this dental office was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It was impressive that I did not have to wait and they did not waste any time, which is very rare nowadays. The staff was friendly. The dental hygienist did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend this dental practice for its fast service, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional care.

I went here for a couple years. The first time they said I needed an extensive cleaning which would be in 2 parts and upwards of $1000 after insurance. I did it and a year later went for my next visit and before they even looked in my mouth, they already had an estimate printed out saying I once again needed a 2 part cleaning for another $1000 after insurance. I went to get a second opinion and turns out I just needed a regular cleaning which was covered under my insurance minus my $33 copay. They are a scam and try to bill you for services you dont need. I recommend you look for a different place.

Place is a complete scam! Tried charging my fiancé for a "Deep cleaning". And Tried charging her for a "special toothpaste" on top of her excellent dental insurance. Stay away!

The communication between the office and the schedulers is non existent. The dentist I was seeing for 20 years retired. I'm afraid of the dentist from a childhood experience and need to be medicated to go to the dentist. My wife goes here and explained my circumstances to the staff and they said we will see him here, he just needs to consult with the dentist first. Great! I called their number and went over my fear and needs in great detail with the scheduler. She gave me the same information as my wife did. Scheduled the appointment for today. I had to leave my office short staffed and drove an hour to be told when I get there that they don't sedate or give you anything. The person who answers your phone is a direct representative of your office. Make sure they know the office policies. Especially something like my issue.

The receptionists are nice people but thats about it. The waiting room is extremely small and always packed. The last 3x we waited more than an hour almost 2. Today we just had a cleaning waited over an hour to see the hygenist and than waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to come in to talk to us. She took a quick look said barely a few words to us (as she looked completely distracted) and just left the room.
I think we are going to look for a new dentist!
