I absolutely love the staff at this office and the location is great. The positive attitude and organization is a breath of fresh air compared to my last dental office. Smile Practice Family Dentistry was referred to me and im so happy I went with them. My last dental office did not greet you when walking in and sometime would have patients just standing there before even assisting at the front desk. I really disliked that placed and vowed to find something better at the beginning of the new year. Keep up the great work!

Just moved to Tamarac and was looking for a new dentist and I'm glad that I found Dr. Gonzalez's practice! At first, I got lost because I didn't realize they were located on the 2nd floor of the building. Really clean and beautifully modern office/equipment. Staff was so friendly and loved that they all spoke Spanish as well. I was also amazed at how quickly I was in and out. Paola brought me inside immediately after filling out initial paperwork. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Gonzalez for the first time and the hygienist, Oscar, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Looking forward to my next visit!

Awesome experience with this dentist office. Everyone from the receptionists to hygienist where attentive. I called as a new patient appointment on a Monday. I was able to get a appointment on Tuesday for a cleaning. The Dentist was even able to fit me in for crown work on Wednesday.

Welcoming until you come across the Billing manager. I was billed for service that wasn't clearly explained. Insurance company contacted office to understand why I was being billed for services that was covered 100%. Billing rep was extremely rude and didn't clearly answer the questions.
The entire experience was frustrating. Clearly not worth it.

I did an extraction at smile practice family dentistry and it was the best experience I ever had the dentist Yehia Elgohary was very patient and gentle and explained the entire process also the staff was amazing Diana and Emily provided me with exceptional customer service was very pleasant, helpful, understanding and addressed all my concerns I just want to say a big thank you and I’m looking forward to do more business with u guys in the future.

La mejor experiencia, Diana & Emely really know how to treat their guest they are so welcoming they made me feel like I walked into my own home such a great feeling. And the whole staff treated me like family and the office is súper limpio. Definitely go here don’t hesitate!

Good atmosphere in the office very friendly staff and Dr.gonzalez is caring and professional. The front desk Emely/diana really helpful. She help me fill out the forms.

Highly recommend for their deep cleanings, the hygienist is a older Hispanic guy the best I have ever had. The dentist capped my implant perfectly and gave me a fill in. Thankx again guys!

This place is so great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of insurance difficulties, so my teeth were definitely in bad shape, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and they were all non-judgemental. The intial consultation was very prompt and thorough and afterwards I was explained my treatment plan and given a cost breakdown to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!?

I went for dental care and received two tooth extractions. The staff was very nice. After the extractions I go home and bled for 2 days. Come to find out I still had pieces from one of the extracted tooth in my gums. I went back and the doctor tired to remove the pieces without any numbing agentlike I was some animal. After he removed it he walked out and no apologies even though I was pleasant about the situation. Never going back there again.

Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are professional and welcoming. The wait time is minimal and dental care is great. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and provide patient centered care. I highly recommend this practice.
