Poor billing department! I received a letter saying a bill was outstanding and needed to be paid. I called them and gave them my updated insurance. A month went by and heard nothing from them. I called again to make sure it was paid and they said they haven’t ran it yet and that they will do so. Another month went by I called again and they still didn’t have an answer for me. So a couple more weeks went by and they said the insurance will not pay it because it was not within the same year. So because they dragged their feet, I was responsible to pay the full amount so it would not go to collections and ruin my credit.

Clean, professional, and courteous! Have been going since I was young and can’t imagine going anywhere else!

After leaving the military, this was my first dentist and it feels really good to be taken care of. A lot of preventive work- fillings and a new night guard were needed. Dr. Roppa is very nice and explains everything clearly.

DO NOT GO TO SMILE VIERA. My dentist retired and I needed to find a new one. Went here with my daughter for a yearly check up and cleaning for both of us. My daughter was looked at first she didn’t have any cavities but he wanted to scrap off two small black spots and then wanted to cover with sealant. Who’ve I was then told our insurance want cover all the cost so it would be 200 dollars. After her cleaning there wasn’t any black spots on her teeth pretty sure it was just some left over food.

I was then looked at. I was told my teeth were awful. The dentist wouldn’t even tell me if anything was wrong he told me he needed to come up with a dental plan and to come back in 2 weeks to go over all the work I need done. Then the dental hygienist told me I needed a deep cleaning and my insurance doesn’t cover the entire cost so it would be 450 dollars. I left feeling very confused, I’ve never had problems with my teeth. I researched a deep cleaning and quickly learned I didn’t need one. I also went back to read reviews online and figured out a lot more about their office and decided to get a second opinion. I went to a different dentist today. I do not need a deep cleaning and I don’t have anything wrong with my teeth. Just stay away all they want is your money.

Dr. Roppa and his staff did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous. I am a big whimp when it comes to dentist. Having 3 crowns taken care of I don't have any complaints. Thankyou Dr. Roppa and staff! Highly recommend!

I personally don’t come to smile viera, but my girlfriend does. I am always welcome by dr Roppa and his staff. It’s always a pleasure coming in with my girlfriend, everyone is so friendly!

This seems like a really cool dentist office the girls up front were very patient even though I forgot my wallet. I’m fully expecting a great cleaning and they have a wheel you can spin with great prizes just for an extra smile out the door! Very clean comfortable atmosphere, I would highly recommend.

Smile Viera is great! Have always gotten prompt and excellent service! You even get a tv for while you are in the chair. Their new location is quite impressive. I drive all the way back from Gainesville to see them regularly.

The doctors and staff are amazing, caring and extremely knowledgeable.
