I absolutely LOVE this dentist office; they are definitely consistent across the board. The front desk staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate how punctual they are as well. Let me not forget to add how extremely clean the facility is and how high-tech they are with all of their equipment.

It was my 3rd visit here (the first 2 times were for a cleaning) ; this time I came in for a filling (yikes, nerve-wracking), and of course, like many, I DO NOT like needles. I shared that with the tech, and shortly after, he came in the room with a laser machine (instead of a needle to numb the area). I was skeptical; however, they explained what the machine does and how it works (it’s the new thing). They were not lying when they said I would not feel anything; I felt nothing! The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes (NO LIE). They have changed how I feel about and see the dental industry.

I drive all the way from Poinciana for the best service. The staff always makes you feel welcome, is always there to help, and never make you feel insecure. Thank you.

My experience at Smiles of Ocoee was great. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The procedures were explained to my liking and the hygienist did an awesome job. She also cracked a few jokes. She had me laughing.

My experiences with this office have been great. They offer multilingual service. They are fast and knowledgeable.

I went into the office today for dental cleaning and tooth extraction, Everyone is the office was very friendly, Natalia, Niya, and dental assistant that cleaned my teeth, they all educated me on the importance of good dental health, I have more visits in the future and I feel comfortable with going back for future visits

Símiles of Ocoee are amazing, I went for my first cleaning and it was great. From the ladies at the front desk, to the super fun hygienist who helped me, everyone is so kind, nice, attentive and friendly. Enhoe was fantastic, she kept me laughing to avoid my ovius fear of dentists. I definitely recommend it!

Awesome visit! All the staff was so nice. Special shout out to Amber & James, very helpful and fun. Dr. Michael Navarrete was my dentist, he was very gentle and patient. Glad I found my permanent home.

Tooth extraction went very well with Dr. Navarrete and dental assistant James. They also took impressions for denture. Professional and personal attention to my needs and comfort. Outstanding.

The staff is amazing! Special shout out to Natasha! I was there for a little while doing a crown. And she was an amazing help! Couldn’t have gotten it done without her!

Took my son for a new patient appointment. The staff are awesome and very welcoming. My 9 year old son who has been hesitant to return to a dentist office said he had an awesome time. The tech who work with him, took her time to make it an enjoyable and fun experience for him. Highly recommend.
