Smiles on Citrus Dentistry, Crystal River FL

Super service. Had a chip in my front tooth. Called for an appointment and received one the same day. From the smiling receptionist to the dentist that made the repair it was a pleasant experience. I was in and out in under an hour. Love this place.

I have been doing a lot of reviews lately. Smiles on Citrus Dentistry is one place I will never do business with again. After reading the poor reviews for this place of business, I noticed quite a few were due to the "guy" at the desk. Well. I had an issue with him too. I had been making regular cash payments every two or three weeks on my bill. Two days after my last cash payment in person, I received a notice from a debt collector. If my account had been sent to collections, he should have never taken my money. He told me the reason it went to collections is because I never signed a payment agreement. I was making payments, trying to pay it off. I don't recommend supporting a business like this.beware!

First visit - excellent experience from reception through to check out. Dr. Lee was great. Teresa (hope I spell her name correctly) was a wonderful hygienist.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Reception always greets with a smile and they are very helpful. Megan and Dr Lee were awesome and the whole office runs very efficiently.

Dr Jennifer Lee and her staff are professional and friendly. As a new patient, who has made Florida my home, I felt very welcome.
Don’t hesitate if you are in need of a dentist. I am very happy with my experience.

Dr. Lee and her staff are fantastic! I have never had a bad experience. From the front office staff to Dr Lee, everyone is so kind, friendly and caring. There are no long wait times, and you receive very clear explanations of your dental plan. The whole experience is very efficient and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Smiles on Citrus.

Friendly and knowledgeable always keeping you informed as to what to expect and what costs are expected to be. Would recommend as a fine dental practice!

Beautiful, new, modern office! Dr. Lee was very nice and Teresa, my dental assistant, was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job with my X-rays and cleaning. I will definitely be returning as a patient!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best Dentist I have been to. They were prompt on getting me in for several appointments, were very polite and professional. They took the time to explain the insurance part. Dentist did a fantastic job and it is very clean. Thank you to everyone at Smiles on Citrus.

From the second you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly smiles, compassionate staff and leaving with more smiles. Christina and Erica were kind and caring and made me feel very at ease. The entire appointment exceeded my expectations. (This coming from a patient who’s petrified of the dentist!).

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very nice office. They make it as relaxing as you can for a dentist office. So far so good with my new dental bridge. The permanent bridge even showed up a week early.

I am in the process of completing so much needed dental work all due to many reasons, life long fear of the dentist being the main reason & procrastination running a close second. Even though everyone knows your teeth do not fix themselves I always had a good reason not to make a dental appt. Recently I was very worried that I had reached the point of
needing a root canal so I gave in and made an appt with Dr Lee at Smiles on Citrus. Every person I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or in the office was very friendly professional & understanding. Dr Lee listened to my concerns & explained what my the best options were for my situation. After my x rays & a cleaning I have completed most of the work needed to feel good about my dental health & most importantly my smile. If fear of the dentist is holding you back please know that technology has come a long way. The pain that was once associated with going to the dentist is NO MORE! I was truly amazed at how painless & comfortable each visit was. And having a dental office with such a great team makes it so much easier. Thank you to everyone at Smiles on Citrus and Dr Lee who is amazing!

My first time at Smileson Citrus Dentistry was Exceptional. I called today with an issue and having discomfort and I was seen within 5 hours.
The staff and Dr. Lee were all friendly and very professional. Each option for my problem was explained clearly and in detail.
I need a wisdom tooth extraction and they were able to make a prompt appointment with a local oral surgeon as I waited.

Im so thrilled to find such a professional comfortable place for my dental care.

I was greeted with a warm welcome from everyone I met! I especially liked the dental hygienist. She was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone.

Dr. Lee and her staff are a great team! Quick to get you in and take care of business. Just sad that she doesn't accept Medicare since I just turned 65: - (

Dr. Lee is not only a singular talent in her field, but her staff are all also incredible, kind human beings who happen to be great at their jobs. Their office is so modern and new that it is more akin to a spa experience than a trip to the dentist in the best way possible. No anxiety is treated as frivolous and they are always running on time. Services are fairly priced and financial obligations are explained in full in a very straightforward manner. I drive over an hour to see her and would follow this practice across state lines if need be - they are simply that good. No pain, no stress, all smiles at Smiles on Citrus.

Had my first crown and couldn’t believe how easy and painless is was. Just another testament of the quality work done at Smiles. Well done Dr Lee and her team
