Receptionist was rude when letting me know they cancelled my appointment. I waited for this appointment for a month, and I received no text or email canceling my appointment. Receptionist could care less! I'll never use their services again!

This dental clinic is very perfessional the staff are great. Everyone there does their jobs well. Both me and my wife went in for different procedures and both procedures were handled with the best perfessionalism and care possible. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs dental care.

Best dental office ever, Breanna and the amazing dentist Dr. Patel, I had ZERO pain in my cleaning and tooth filling, I’ll recommend them to anyone.

Everyone treated me here with kindness and made me feel so much better. I am going back again for another couple teeth that are giving me pain. By far the best dentist experience I have ever had. Thank Smiles on Florida

I don't usually upload posts; but this is an exception because I consider it worth it; Yesterday my husband and I had a consultation at Smiles on Florida that had already been recommended to us but let me tell you that we were totally satisfied with the attention of all the staff but especially with the hygienist, Miss Rosa is very professional, friendly, didactic to explain everything treatment

I had a great experience here. Just had my first appointment and the lady on the phone showed such a welcoming and positive attitude, along with everyone else in the office when I arrived. As well as that, the nurse/assistant (not sure of the correct terminology) and dentist were so professional and informative about what treatments I will need. I'll be more than happy to have my further appointments here

Today was my first time visiting Smiles on Florida and I must say they are amazing. Everyone was so nice and made me feel at home. Katrina who is at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would recommend any and everyone to them.

The whole office is wonderful from the dentist down to the receptionist! I absolutely love the atmosphere of the office. The dental hygienist is amazing as well very sweet!

Went today for a cap on my front tooth. Didnt think it would come out so great! Amazing service! Ms. Patel and her assistants were knowledgeable and caring. Soft hands and great attitudes from all involved from the back room to the front desk. When I say the shading and look came out perfect, I mean PERFECT! Went to test drive it on some chicken wings, no problems. I will forever be grateful. Thank yall so much!

Just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had at your office! My hygienist Rosa was awesome, Dr. Patel made me feel so at ease and the complete team is incredibly nice, Their friendliness set a positive tone for the entire experience. It truly felt like home. I’m planning to bring my entire family here

I had an excellent experience at my dentist’s office. The staff was friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Doctor Patel was thorough in explaining procedures and addressing my concerns. The office was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this dental practice for their exceptional service and patient care.

Pros: I have been a patient for quite some time and am very grateful and pleased with my dental work
Con’s: The management end has a lot left to be desired, especially when it comes to insurance claims. I now have two that have been mis coded and or coded as the same extraction when it was two separate extraction’s. Another issue has been the highly unusual turnover in doctors and staff. I am on the 4th doctor since I started going there. Disappointed!

I had a very negative experience at this dental clinic. Patsy which is one of the receptionist was not helpful at all when I provided my health insurance information to her. I called the office a couple of times before my appointment to make sure they had gotten my insurance information so I could make sure I could go ahead and have my services done here. Patsy answered the phone and the first time, she went ahead and took my insurance information and said she was going to look into it. I called the next day to find out if they had my insurance information in order, Patsy answered and pretended she could not hear me and hung up the phone twice. I called the third day, Patsy answered and she told me their computers were down. I called the fourth day and she told me she was going to call me back and she never did. The staff here was very unprofessional and a simple looking up my insurance job, they were not able to do. They did not helped me at all. I am very disappointed that health services get away with this type of behavior. I canceled my appointments and this clinic does not deserve your business after being careless about how they treat their patients.

The experience at the dentist was ok however I was charged out of pocket for things that were cover by my dental insurance I was also told certain things were not covered when in all actuality they were with no good reason as to why I will not be returning to this office very upset about this experience!

Great experience yesterday! Rosa and Katrina went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were treated with care and they worked with us to make sure we received the treatment we needed! Very friendly and warm!

Smiles of Florida is amazing! Not only are they accommodating and professional.they are kind and welcoming. Best choice I made to go have my extraction done. Patsy is wonderful and adorable. Thanks for a great experience.

Each employee at the office was so sweet, nice and courteous. They knew what they were doing. They could answer all your questions and made you feel like you were the special one. They took so much time please if you need a dentist you need to go there.
