AMAZING family dental practice! My entire family has been well cared for by Dr. Mejias and the entire team! Crystal is so warm and kind; she goes above and beyond to get us in when needed. Highly, highly recommend Smileville Family Dental.

I only provided 4 stars due to the front desk personnel being unwelcoming. She gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there, and a bit abrasive during the check in and out process. As a new patient I was a bit put off, and wondered if I made right decision for my 6 years old’s dental care. However once in the back the staff was nothing short of professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with my 6 year old daughter. They made sure to explain each step to both her & I. They also took extra steps and care to ensure she was comfortable throughout while educating her on the importance of dental care. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of the level of care and patience provided. It certainly made up for my initial impression, and encounter with the front desk personnel. Dr. Karen Mejias and her team have been our family dentist for three years, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Dr. Mejia is an outstanding dentist who provides excellent care for my children. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, creating a positive experience for the whole family!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an appointment right away. On appointment day, they got us in right away and after full exam and cleaning we were headed home in less than an hour.

The Hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable and took her time to treat me and explain everything that she found. Dr. Mejias was very hospitable and compassionate. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist is friendly, efficient, and diligent, always helping me with the paperwork and ensuring everything is settled for my appointment.

The hygienist and dentist are both incredibly professional and take the time to explain everything clearly. They are gentle and thorough during the examination and cleaning.

The office itself is always spotless, modern, and well-equipped. I've been also pleased to see that they follow strict COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of patients and staff.

Very professional knowledgeable doctor that provide great service, supported by great staff.

I take my 9 almost 10 year old here and i must say the doctor and Rick are amazing with my delicate and anxious little flower. The doctor always explains the process to my daughter before she does anything so nothing is scary or shocks her. Rick is great and always willing to crack a good joke and make my daughter smile. Thank you guys so much for making my daughter feel comfortable!

I being taking my children there for a while and they're always good, friendly staff and Chrystal is very sweet.

Today my daughter was a new patient for this practice and we loved it, the front desk girl is really nice and friendly and the dental assistant as well we feel really comfortable especially my daughter she was a little bit nervous. The Dr. Mejias was great she explained everything and was really helpful. I left the place really happy. We had an awesome experience
