Matt recently just built an aluminum overhang and screen enclosure for my house in Cooper City. I literally couldn’t be happier with him and the final product. My only regret is that I don’t have more projects that he could do.haha. He’s professional, polite, punctual, and does amazing work…at an insanely fast pace too, while not cutting corners and being extremely attentive to detail!

As someone raised in Florida and knowing how important a good screen enclosure is, I got multiple quotes and his prices were some of the best, but you get so much more than you pay for. If I would’ve gone with some of the other quotes I got, I could’ve literally paid twice as much and not gotten the satisfaction that I have with this job. He was willing to work with me and kept me within my budget. My happiness with the project was his priority and I can easily say that I am as happy as can be. Do yourself a favor and hire his company to do your work. You’ll save money, stress/headache, and have the pleasure of his great craftsmanship. Loving how it’s transformed my backyard! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Matt did an amazing job on installing a screened in patio with an additional aluminum roof! He was able to start the job within a week, showed up on time each day, and completed the job within 4 days! It is so hard to find reliable and detailed workers in south Florida, but we cannot say enough great things about Matt. He is a pleasure to work with and will definitely recommend him to family/friends/clients!

We needed some access panels installed in our screen enclosure. I spoke to several companies and went with SmithCo as Matt was responsive, very polite and understood what we were looking for.

I remember calling Matt Smith a couple of years ago after multiple covered pool rescreening jobs with other companies. I found Matt and his company to be reliable, knowledgeable, and 100% responsive. He checks all the boxes. On both occasions my jaw dropped from the very REASONABLE charges. Honesty and integrity. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Matt!

Excellent service at a great price! Very professional, punctual, and cleaned up when finished. I would would recommend and definitely do business with them again.
