Smokey Bones Kissimmee

L is the beat. We are here vacationing and he made us feel just like home. His suggestions were on point! We will be back!

The food and the service here were brilliant. I feel I should mark smokey bones down a star because it took ages for the food to come out.
Other than that I would happily recommend this restaurant.

We are regulars of smokey bones and the food is good and consistent. They implemented a new at table ordering service, apparently to eliminate wait staff, and it's a total nightmare. After 30 minutes of trying to order online, from our table, we could not complete because it double charged for bogo dinners, sold food the restaurant doesn't make, and drinks require the waitress. Once she was able to get our order, it took another 30 minutes to actually get food. Sorry, this new system must be eliminated immediately or we won't return.

We are return customers & locals, upon seating the floors were covered in grease, food and napkins the floor was so slippery quite literally as if grease was spilled all over it. My party discussed together that it looked like a food fight happened… we sat and there was food on walls, 4 other surrounding tables weren’t bussed, just unsightly. Our server was such a sweet man named Brandon, poor man had to inform us they were out of any bone in chicken, sweet potato fries, potatoes of any sort, American cheese, ribs, dipping sauce, bread, and absolutely nothing for dessert. We decided to stay … after all it was midnight so nothing else was gonna be open we took our chances understanding what we had got ourselves into. We also were told food was going to take an hour to prepare. Brandon was on top of it though, our silverware was dirty and found out so was many others, he hand selected our silverware to give us the best. He kept our drinks full and checked on us w updates on food. The ONLY REASON this restaurant is getting a higher review than a 1star is because or Brandon, he gets a 5 stars, he deserves better than what the restaurant put him through as a server.

I was so excited to eat from this place after seeing the reviews and menu. Unfortunately I never got a chance to experience the food. The waiter took our order. After 20 minutes we still hadn’t received water or our appetizer. We finally received our water and about 10 minutes later the waiter comes over and tells us the kitchen is getting orders wrong. He wanted to double check our order and what he wrote was totally wrong. So after thirty minutes of waiting he still hadn’t placed our order. He then asked us to repeat our entire order. It was slow and not packed so I can’t blame being understaffed for this issue. At that point, we got up and left.

The location near sr535, we have gone in twice. The first time we were told 30 to 45 min wait with the restaurant empty guess they are under staffed. The second time stood at thw hostess stand and no one acknowledged us. Poor service.

No waiting for dinner on a Friday night but the food still took a long time to come out. Server was a little slow too. Food was delicious, got the Bone Fire for 2.

Savanna our bartender was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and friendly, answered all our questions. The drinks she made are amazing! The food is delicious! Everyone is so nice! Happy hour is great!

Hadn't been to Smokey Bones in a while and it was as good as I remember. Had an issue but my server/bar tender took care of it without hesitation. I was pleased overall with the visit.

Savanna our bartender was great! Very friendly, delicious drinks! She made us amazing drink she makes, zazfratz drink! The food is delicious! Great atmosphere!

I was in town for the July 4th weekend with the wife and kids, great spot, the menu had something for everyone, the atmosphere was right and our server Jovan was great! He actually took care of the whole side of the restaurant we were seated at

Jovan really made the whole experience great. Everything was good but he made it 10x. All the staff was very nice, helpful, and honest. The food was great too but they really excelled in customer service.

Jovan was THE best server I've had in a very long time!
I had the most delicious baked potato I've ever had. Kids loved their burgers.
We had to wait a while for our food, but that happens.

Placed an order thru Uber eats, after waiting an hour for my food the driver comes and tells me they don't have macaroni and cheese, but they also didn't provide a refund and now won't answer their phones after waiting 30 min on hold. I will not order from them again. Poor customer service is not good business

Jovan was amazing and made us all laugh and brought up the atmosphere of his whole section he was serving. He helped us understand the menu while telling us jokes and being nothing but kind. His customer service was impeccable and should be taught to others.

Ordered curbside. After waiting 20 minutes past the time it was to be brought out, I went in and retrieved it. It had been done for a while. Got to my room, right across the street and opened it up. The queso dip had a hard "puck" of frozen, charred meat in the center with luke warm cheese around it. It was nasty. Could hardly break it up. The tortilla chips were stale and very greasy. One of the 2 sauces I ordered with my wings was about empty. Just enough to dip a couple times. The other was full. Don't really get that. The boneless wings weren't bad, so I made a meal out of those. Definitely not going back and rolling those dice again. Very disappointing after a long day.

Normally we love it here. Our most recent visit was Saturday at 4: 30.not too many customers.had the meal for 2 and the four chicken wings were overly done and the steak was overly cooked and very small. The sausage was well cooked. The grilled chicken was OK. The meal was not enough for two people to share. The potato wedges were not freshly prepared. The ribs were very good.but small. Normally this is a good meal and we have had it before, but Saturday they were off. We have been to this location several times and enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned and there was a smell in the dining room that was not pleasant. We will wait awhile before we try it again. Hope they get things freshened up. If we go out to spend 40-60 dollars on a meal we want to enjoy our meal and have a good time.
