Marissa D was an outstanding server! She went above and beyond with taking the time to check up on our table. She was such a nice and friendly server. We had a nice conversation. I will definitely be coming again and I will be asking for Marissa D next visit. Thank you so much for an amazing service! We love her!

Mahi mahi sandwich I got was pretty small.actually way to small. For the price.let's say it was the smallest piece of fish I have ever gotten on a sandwich.definitely do not order this at a BBQ place

Marissa D.and Mike the kitchen manager ran into a few issues on Friday, September 10,2021. They both handled themselves with grace, compassion and extreme professionalism. Both issues were resolved quickly and the customers were very happy. Marissa & Mike do their jobs exceptionally well and take their jobs very seriously.

Was a regular here until my wife went there to pick up dinner tonight at 700 because we are both working late, only for her to get forgot about for an hour because someone clocks it and doesn't tell the next shift, when they do finally bring your food it's like they brought you the stuff that's been sitting there that hour, still charge you for it, forget your barbecue sauce then ask if you'd like it, all the while the most rookie mistake of leaving the membrane on the ribs cold beans, not a care in the world and had to go somewhere else to feed the kids, to expensive for that good and service, it's a shame because when it's done right the food is amazing

The food was very delicious. No wait time and friendly people. Our waitress went up and beyond for us. Her name is Marissa D. We had a wonderful conversation and she is a compassionate and caring woman. I would recommend this place if your visiting like we were or just looking for something new.

We go often and enjoy the bone fire, always great food and service. Bruce gives us great service allowing us to modify our order always checking on our needs. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff and managers.

The service tonight was outstanding! Our server Alyssa was very attentive, went beyond expectations and made sure all of our needs were met! Alyssa went out of her way to accommodate our experience while watching our favorite sporting event! We will definitely come back again to enjoy the food drinks and sports!

Absolutely ridiculous. We love Smokey Bones, we have been going for the better part of the last decade. Last night, my wife and I were really in the mood for our favorite wings. We have to drive over 30 minutes away to enjoy one of our favorite restaurants. When getting home, we realized that our order was completely wrong/incomplete. We were sure that Smokey Bones would take care of this for us, as they have been very helpful in the past. Well.that did not happen. They only wanted to refund us for 50% of the food that we *didn't* get.essentially accusing us of lying about not getting the food. This is terrible business. We will not be returning, and will not mind driving even further to enjoy a better operated Smokey Bones. Take care of your customers.

The bartender Kierstyn was amazing. She was very attentive and gave great recommendations when asked. The drinks were so good as was the food. She made the experience very enjoyable and we would definitely return if she could serve us.

Don’t ever order from here. We ordered online for pick up and they didn’t let us know they were out of one of the items we ordered. They didn’t give us half of our order either. Our order wasn’t ready when we came to pick it up and we had to wait 20 mins for it. Worst take out experience ever. This was at the Melbourne, FL location.

We waited 25 minutes before someone asked what we wanted. When they finally ask, they bring you sodas in a bad way.incredible because in Pennsylvania they have nice service and here in Florida terrible.

First time coming in here with me and my wife. Let me just tell you the level of professionalism and attention from Alyssa was out of this world! Food was one of the best I’ve had in a while, would totally recommend the smoked wings! Will definitely be coming back.

First time trying this place and i can tell you, i was impressed! Beautiful interior. The smells from outside just drew me in. Ordered online and was ready within 15 min. Greeted sweetly by Paula. She was wonderful! Would definitely recommend and most assuredly go back! Terrific food!

Where to begin? I ordered a Royal Blackberry Palmer and the waiter brought me a Moscow Mule. My husband ordered a Voodoo Ranger Juicy haze IPA and he was brought a regular Voodoo Ranger. Okay so the boy doesn't know his alcohol. Fair enough. But it didn't stop there. When our food was brought out, I had grilled chicken, instead of the fried I ordered, and I also didn't have the toppings that I had ordered either. Whatever I'll just deal with it and go. My expectations had been throughly shot at this point so I just wanted to not be hungry anymore and then leave. However when I bit into the chicken there was a giant tendon or something and it was impossible to bite through. At this point I just gave up and ate my sweet potato fries. Which were the best thing I had the whole time. The Korean pork belly pops were full of bold flavors but NOT worth $12. And lord help you if you get the Royal Blackberry Palmer.it tastes as if it is made with cough syrup. Even my husband who can can drink liquor straight said that it tasted terrible. The ribs were "okay" though according to him. So all in all. Not a great time and most assuredly not worth the $73 I paid for it.

They have such a selection of food to choose from on their menu. Unfortunately, the prices are extremely high for the lack of food you receive. My buddy ordered mahi tacos. They came in 3's literally it looked like a fish stick stuck inside soft shell with not a desireable salsa on top. Not a good meal. We were told to get the corn that it was the best. I have to disagree. Neither one of us enjoyed the corn. I will not be eating there again. The staff seemed nice and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Just did not care for the prices or quality and quantity. 2nd time eating there. I didn't care the 1st time but I believe in second chances. I think I will stick with my gut.

Ordered 2 barbecue sandwiches for delivery and there was no barbecue sauce on the sandwiches or included in the bag. I called them to make them aware and the response I got was "well I don't know what you're hoping for". Extremely unprofessional and rude!

The food here most often tastes amazing! The donuts are worth the trip alone, but all of this is true IF you can get what you ordered. The last 3 times I have been there the food has been either incorrectly charged, sized, or all together forgotten. If you want to make sure you get what you ordered, eat in! If you can find another one somewhere else, go there. Do not order something over the phone, you will most likely get the wrong items and leave with cold food. Wish it were different, but tired of the mistakes.
