Smoothie King, North Miami FL

Nice place but sort of expensive. I think I paid maybe like $8 for a large smoothie. I had the strawberry Xtreme and I think that one is my favorite so far - I also had a tropical one with a Mango in it and it was okay. Not super flavorful, but the other ones are great.

Honestly. I've worked in Starbucks, fast paced restaurants & businesses as a server & as a corporate trainer for over 10 years. This Smoothie King had 7 staff members working Friday afternoon. My placed an online order while on break from work. When I got there my order was never made and took them another 10 minutes after I arrived for them to finish it or acknowledge the issue. I understand Fridays are busier, but it's very clear they have more than enough staff and are just not all on the same page. They are nice staff & the smoothies are great. They were way behind for how much staff they had and gave a women the wrong smoothie with peanut butter when she is allergic. They are wasting their time, company time & inefficient. Seriously need to pay attention to making small mistakes and be more efficient with their time. I always tip 15% minimumm & add on top after, this is one of the few instances I would wish I could take the tip back.

This location has been our location for so long time but today we had a very bad experience with this employee named Ceira, she took our order wrong and she didn’t said Sorry, we can’t even hear her voice and has lots of bad attitude, you can even see that she’s not happy working at that moment, we will think twice to come back to this location. It’s very sad because we love to go to this location

I used to go to other ones but this is the only one I go to now. They tend to get my order right most of the time. The only complaints I have is that they retrain the employees because alot of these young workers have an attitude for no reason. I work in the food industry so even if you've had a stressful day with customers or employees or at home, you don't take it out on other people. Customer service is important and an even better attitude is important to give good customer service

I went today in the morning and the boy who attends there has a very bad disposition to attend the public I do not recommend it

Ordered curbside online and no one showed up at my scheduled time. I had to go inside and still had to wait for my drink.

The driver-thru line was fairly long, so we parked and went inside. Even though they were busy the wait was not too long and our smoothies were delicious. Also a great selection of snacks, water bottles, and protein powders inside the store.

Hands down this location makes the BEST Smoothies! The staff is friendly, and remembers their regular customers orders. I love Jazz and WaWa! Their energy is so magnetic. They are fantastic. They care about their customers.

Love their smoothies and they have consistently good service for as long as they have been in that location.

Cashiers here are super nice and have awesome customer service, thanks to them every Saturday will now be Smoothie Saturday for my family!

Love this place I asked what was good and if I can make any changes to a drink and all was well. I now come for breakfast every day!

Good smoothies to keep you going. Fridays are great with $5 & $6 smoothies. Try the vegan kale or vegan nutty super grain.

Friday night $5 offer should be the perfect occasion to serve a lot customers but instead SM put just 2 young slow ladies to work. Results: 20 mins waiting time just to order and other 35 to get the smoothies. Unhappy cuatomers, unhappy employees.blame the owners!

I drive from Aventura to grab a smoothie before a work out when I don’t have time to sit and eat.let me tell you this is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Usually because of my non-dairy diet. I have to get a little complicated when ordering smoothies with protein.this, for some reason, seemed to bother the young lady who was taking my order on April 18,2018 at 5: 15 PM. I doubt I’ll make the trip again to this location, thanks to your rude staff member.

This time it was good but the staff seems unhappy. Great smoothie and the wait was not long. Just need a few more smiles.

The toilet could not flush because it had no flush handle. So when I went in the bathroom it smelled weird! Everything else was good though.
