Smoothie King reviews
16 Just walked out laughing from this spot, the energy is EVERYTHING I needed.
Made my day.
I really enjoy the variety of smoothies. This location is always clean including the rest rooms. There is a young man named Brian there. He is very nice and welcoming. Fast worker and neatly dressed everytime I visit the store. His customer service makes me want to keep coming back. Thanks again Brian!
I just saw a really big cockroach in there. It was on the counter. Still good smoothie though. It was about as long as my index finger
I have never came to location without having a great experience with employees or my drink of choice
The young lady with the really curly brown hair is extremely rude and condescending to the customers at her smoothing king job. I didn't even get a chance to order. She was so rude I ended up walking out. Sorry I was preoccupied looking at the menu since it was my first time and didn't notice the order here sign. Never again.
Just came here to look at the menu and read reviews. I've never been to smoothie king but since the reviews were so bad I drove away. Yikes
New to their menu and first time experiencing Smoothie King. I think employees should be trained in explaining menu to new customers when being asked for and not just assumed that people entering their store are familiar with the menu. The smoothie I tried tasted fine more on the sugar side but it was fine. I ended up just ordering the one in promotion since I kind of felt rush through because there were other customers waiting in line. When I asked if they could help me placing my order because this was my fist time at Smoothie King and I wasn’t acquainted with the menu, I felt completely misunderstood. Hello, I am choosing to give a try to your store and not go to next door store, then why the experience has to feel so uncomfortable. Just because I am not familiar with your menu and who should be unless you are a reoccurring customer or employee doesn’t mean that you can conclude that everyone entering your store should be expected to know how to go about placing an order. The concept of the business is great and like many instances we the human are the ones bringing the experience.
10: 30am Saturday morning and only one associate making smoothies terrible the management and owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves, the area where this smoothie king is located is super busy and high traffic very irresponsible to leave just one employee running a complete morning shift in such a busy greater Fort Lauderdale area terrible
I love how I can come in and already know what smoothie I want (I’m a regular) never had a issue or problem! Customer service is great!
Three employees were working and the one by the counter made me watch her wash dishes for five minutes before taking my order. The other two finally came out and left her to attend myself and another customer by herself.
Franchise owner may as well save some payroll and cut it to a half an employee.no service training at all.
Customer service is poor, also they open at 6: 30 but the employees is always late and the customers have to wait until the employees prepare everything to serve the public
I have been coming to this location since I moved to Fort Lauderdale 2 years ago. I have been using the mobile app to order ahead of the time. Dwayne and Precious are amazing at what they do. They have known my first name for a while now and makes sure that my smoothie is ready when I arrive. Highly recommend this location!
Love coming to this place, Dewayne is always friendly, and always gives great suggestions. I recommend him!
My favorite smoothie was the Orange kabam. I guess it's only available in New Orleans. I asked for a raspberry and watermelon smoothie. I guess this was a particularly hard request to just use basically one ingredient with no whey protein, etc. I was greeted with me repeating continuously to the clerk, at her request, that I do not want papaya, bananas.so why did my smoothie taste like bananas and strawberries? She threw both smoothies in the trash with a bad attitude and then surprisingly made them correctly.however mine had absolutely no sugar this time and was very bitter. I was exhausted with the service and was stuck with my almost good smoothie. I never had one problem with Smoothie Kings In New Orleans.step it up Ft. Lauderdale!
The girls here really do their job exceptionally well, every smoothie they make is is exactly how it's supposed to be, they rarely if ever make mistakes & they're always fully stocked with the appropriate I ingredients to make sure they are always ready. Plus the service they give is top notch professionalism, I love coming here because of how reliable the service & quality always is.
