Smoothie King, Largo FL

First time coming to this store. There was only one employee working. The poor employee has to take care of store customers and online orders by herself. We left after waiting for 10-15 minutes without placing our order.

Was looking forward to a smoothie, but the door is locked and you can't see a soul inside. Hours say they are open til 9pm. ‍️

The girl working at this location is beyond rude. My last 2 experiences I brushed off just assuming she was having a bad day. Visited the store again because I’m pregnant & only crave Smoothie King smoothies and she refused to even unlock the door even though the store opens at 7AM. It’s after 10AM, all store lights are on & she just stared at me with her headphones on refusing to open the door. What’s the point of opening up a store if you won’t even let your customers inside? Very unprofessional.

I was picking up an online order today 1/25/23 at 12: 00pm. This girl who was working was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She started off by telling me she was sick and still had to come in to work. She accidentally spilled my smoothie (not a big deal) then proceeded to swear at me while slamming down some of the equipment. As I was leaving she told me it was cheaper to buy ingredients at the store. So incredibly rude. She should not be working there.

I wasn't greeted into the store I said hello she didn't say a thing. The young lady looked like she was very angry and annoyed that she had to work. The time was between 12: 00 and 12: 15p.m she was very rude asked me from I was done before I can even add other ideas into my smoothie as if I was taking a long time. If she was having a bad day. She should have called in and not come to work.

December 12/9/2022 Extremely rude whoever this girl is working at this location time 1: 20pm I’ve been a customer for two years now this girl is the most disrespectful person I ever spoke to. She was complain about her hours that she works I walked out the store didn’t want to make an order anymore the way she was talking to me thinking she would’ve put some thing in my smoothie lack of customer service, nor home training. I will never go back. I don’t even need this app anymore.

I walked in on Wednesday, November 9th at 5: 37 and was told they are closing up right now. No reason, just that they are closing.

Seems like the employee working there today 10/7/2022 just didn’t want to do her job. I ordered the peanut power smoothie with no protein and she told me she would get in trouble if she does not add protein. She was serious too. I get that smoothie all the time with no protein added with no problem at any other smoothie king. I laughed at the stupidity and walked out. Good luck to that location with that girl working there. LOL

Extremely rude whoever the girl is working the morning of Oct 13,2022 at 8: 20am said good morning to her, thank you, and even tipped her, no response. Wish I didn't tip her, if you hate your job, find another one. Will not be back. Terrible service, if i treated my customers the way she does I would be fired so fast.

Smoothies were great. Staff could be a bit friendly and store was only slightly dirty. Great on a hot day!

The drinks are delicious, the service is fast and easy. The employees professional, polite and very friendly. It is a great pick me up in so many ways!

Great store. I get my smoothie for lunch from them everyday during the week and always order ahead. They know me by name and recommend different things to try every time I am there looking for something new.

New staff is awful, we have been customers for over a year now and have ordered the same thing. Last week we purchased our smoothies over the app. When we came in to get our smoothie order, we were told that they did not receive the order, when we showed our account to the worker, she refused to make us our order until we purchased the smoothies again. We even showed her proof that the order was placed for that store. Considering our history, we obliged and checked our statement two days later and nothing was refunded. Now today we go in to order the smoothies in person to prevent using the app to prevent the same problem and the lady tells us that smoothie king does not make the smoothies the way we requested (even though every time, we have ordered it the exact same way and we order about twice a week) and she continued to confusingly explain how she would make it, which didn’t make any sense at all how we wanted it. We will only be going to the location near the countryside mall, which has always been great and never gave us problems. Trust us, drive the extra miles to get better service. Don’t support this location.
