I love smoothie king but this location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my decade of being a smoothie king customer. Rude attendants, always asking cars to pull forward when no one is behind you, and catching an attitude with customers. New management is needed at this location.

I had the most disrespectful disgusting service at this smoothie king that I’ve ever had in a restaurant or smoothie king before! I would appreciate a GENERAL MANAGER TO CONTACT ME ASAP as this is UNCALLED FOR! This SO CALLED LEAD MANAGER OR SHIFT MANAGER IS DEFINITELY NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON or PERSONALITY THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE AT YOUR STORE AS A SHIFT LEAD/SHIFT MANAGER. I’ve never been so disrespected from a shift lead/shift manager EVER! Usually when a person holds a title like that they clearly can take care of customers needs/wants WITHOUT BEING RUDE AND MOUTHY! If I could give NEGATIVE TEN STARS I WOULD JUST FOR HER DISRESPECT!

They refused to make my smoothie bowl simply because they were too busy to do so.

Glad I drove 20 minutes to leave empty handed because they can’t be bothered to do their job.

My son just bought a smoothie from here for the first time and it tasted so terrible he could not even drink it. Unfortunately, I am sure he will not be back!

I ventured to Smoothie King for the first time ever, but their computer systems were inoperable at the drive-thru. Their representatives kindly advised me to return at a later time, I suppose I shall make another attempt at a later date.

I am a waitress. I get paid less than minimum wage and live off my tips. So I get it. I usually always tip and generously. Even at places like Starbucks and smoothie king. BUT I was appalled when I was blatantly asked by the kid in the drive thru who asked for a tip before he even handed me my smoothies. Not a hello, good morning, how is your day going? But "you should tip me. " I ordered my smoothies online through the app and had no cash on me. Besides that noneof the smoothies were labeled and he did not offer me a carrier. I usually love going here and normally have great interactions with the staff but not today. Too early in the morning to be pressured for extra money

Not the best experience just now…
My boyfriend went in and got the small mocha energizer smoothie with cold brew and he did not like the flavor when he came out, so I went in for him to return it and just get a refund and the general manager, miracle strong, was trying to help me by asking if I wanted another drink made so I told her no and I just wanted the refund. I could see some attitude as she was going over to the computer and asking me if I had the receipt. Jo, the employee who rang him up and made the drink, did not give him the receipt so I had nothing to show them, but it had just happened two minutes previous.miracle was taking her time and finally decided she was going to look up the previous orders and they finally found our order but still wouldn’t put the refund back on and we’re taking their time so I thanked them and said I was going to leave and Jo gave me lots of attitude and was extremely rude with his sarcasm. I probably wouldn’t have written this review if it wasn’t for Jo. Extremely unprofessional. I was shocked the GM was so hesitant to put the refund back on and took her sweet time as well. Jo was acting as if he never even remembers my bf coming in at all. All around back experience and I didn’t even get the drink back that we paid for. No refund, no drink. Thanks a lot.

First time at smoothie king and Christina is an outstanding worker she made it the best experience possible and recommended my new favorite smoothie.

Every single new employee is completely incompetent and rude. Management made sure all the previous employees were unhappy enough to leave. Now you’re left with rude teenagers. Today was my last time spending my money at smoothie king. Terrible.

Came 8/16/22 at 9: 30am. It was my first time here and the employees didn’t have any patience and were rude. Horrible customer service. Definitely won’t be back.

Waited 15 minutes for 3 smoothies, order placed at drive thru. Placed order, paid, was asked to pull forward watched 2 cars after us at least get their orders and go. Got out walked to bronx pizza to ouck my order there up and still nothing. Finally walked inside and they had 1 of our smoothies made. Their reason, they were making online orders. Yet the shift leader was mopping the empty lobby instead of helpling the others make orders. Same shift leader was working as last time i had a problem.

I’ve gone many times to smoothie king no complaints but there is a employee named Sandra and every time I come in she is very nosey and likes to instigate whatever i do or any type of relationship I have with employees and she is always taking forever to take my order cause she knows I’m friends with employees there that she doesn’t like and when she’s about to take my order she walks away to do something else. And also is very rude and yells at coworkers.

We come to the Palm Coast location at least 4 times a week if not more. This location is really nice, convenient, never out of anything, pretty fast, clean and most of the employees are really friendly. Miss Toni especially! She’s super friendly, always all smiles, & not only gets our sometimes complicated orders right, but even has them memorized once she realizes it’s us in the drive thru. That girl needs a raise PRONTO!

I can honestly see why this is called Smoothie KING. Very delicious made with 100% fresh fruit.no added sugar. It cost a tad bit more than the other guy but it's a better quality in my opinion with more of what's supposed to be in it a fruit smoothie. I have been won over by Smoothie KING!

This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. Mainly due to the employees poor customer service skills. I just visited this location and was informed they were out of blueberries. It really threw me off because half of their smoothies have blueberries in them. I asked the lady to just give me a minute. Every thirty seconds she keep asking me if I was ready yet. She seemed annoyed with me for saying just a minute and was very rude. She was also trying to get me to substitute blueberries for some kind of juice that I told her I did not want; but this did not stop her from suggesting it repeatedly. I just wanted a minute to read the menu. Definitely lost a customer today.

I have come to this location a few times. In particular, I came there on November 3,2021, sometime after 5: 15ish. I was surprised to see only one worker there, it was hard to hear her. I believe it was due to her mask. I ordered my smoothies and pulled up, no more than maybe 3 minutes later, another called pulled up in the drive through. The young lady had to pause what she was doing to answer the drive thru. I was not happy with the amount of time I had to wait, it was decent for the young lady alone doing it, but why was there no one else with her? It was hard to tell through her mask, but if I am not mistaken, she was a minor by herself in the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALLOWING YOUR TEENAGER WORK AT THIS LOCATION. As I was about to pull off, another SMOOTHIE KING worker was trying to cross the walk way with her FIREHOUSE SUBS in her hands. She is a shift leader I know for certain, I’ve been here before and have witnessed her taking orders ONLY and not helping her coworkers and she says to me “sorry sir, it’s just gonna be a little minute…we have a few smoothies ahead of you” If she would help, instead of stand behind the register, smoothies would be made faster! It’s one thing to be short staffed, but that was just a lazy worker leaving her other worker on duty to do all the work. I am not pleased with my poor experiences at Smoothie king of palm coast, and NEVER plan to return.

Terrible service… drive thru was empty we waited for 2 minutes i asked if she was ready they responded she will be ready in 10 minutes… really people what are drive thru for… the place was empty and have to wait that long… maybe they need to hire efficient people to work in a timely matter.
