Lost my key for my Seadoo Spark and had them reprogram a DESS key. Best price within 2 hour radius and super fast.

I have recently moved to this area and renovating my house and had run my rear tier a little past it's limits so I needed a tire asap. They had a 90 dollar markup on the tire and charged 182.44 dollars for tire change. I call that Highway Robbery.
No wonder there wasn't anybody there shopping.

I originally purchased and outlander from S&N for the first time in 2020 with a decent experience even though they were short staffed at the time.
About 6 weeks ago, I made a purchase of a 2023 Maverick, Steve worked with me on getting a good deal and assisted me with options that I wanted to install and supplied options costing less then internet pricing.
Nicole was very efficient with paperwork and quickly getting me through the buying process.
Both were very courteous and professional and expedited the purchase process.
I took my outlander in at around 1pm today for service and a minor electrical repair, in preparation for sale. I expected this to take no less then a week and other places I have had to get service for other toys have taken over a month. Other friends have taken their UTVs in for a simple service to other popular places in town and have had it take two weeks or more.
To my surprise, I received a call from the service department saying that the outlander was completed.
The service department was courteous, quick and efficient noting the electrical issue and explained the electrical issue after the repair.
In the future, S&N will be the first place I go for a purchase of any powersports item and will highly recommend them to friends and family for a purchase.

I was shopping around for a bike and came across a bmw touring k1200s, called and ask some questions then proceeded to go in and check the bike out. It looked amazing, was in my price range ready to purchase it to find out it needed to be serviced since it was a new arrival or take it as is without the prep fee. I insisted they do a full service and I could wait anticipating a call I follow up 2 weeks later since they said it would be about a week or 2. They stated it was going in soon and that I was #1 on the list for the bike. A month went by with no response so I proceeded to purchase another bike from another dealer.

I chose 3 stars since they were polite and professional when speaking with them. They lost 2 stars from saying they would put the bike on hold and not following up

Really awesome people. They have been so helpful to me over the years since I purchased my seadoo switch for them.

The lady on the phone has been so nice with scheduling and questions for my GTI service. Took ski in on a Saturday for routine service and had it back in three hours. Staff was prompt with everything and the facility was family friendly and clean.

These people are so helpful. Austin is awesome and very knowledgeable. He helped me with my jet ski and happily answered all my million questions. 5 stars definitely recommend

Steve and Nicole are great, ordered my atv and handled everything so when I showed up it was ready to go. I live in Naples and will continue to drive to them for the services on my ATVs and future purchases.
Would highly recommend for any and all of your outdoor recreational vehicles. There prices are great.

I bought a Sena helmet audio system here, installed it on my helmet and drove with it for a day and didn’t like the audio from the unit at highway speeds. Called in the next day asked if I could return it, told them I’d be willing to pay a restocking fee. They said “No”. Their exact words were, you installed it, it was “in your face so now it’s garbage”.

There was no drilling, there was no cutting of wires, there was no touching the speakers or unit, the unit is brand new. They should take returns as such and heck charge me a restocking fee for using the stick on pad on the unit.

Use some other shop for your helmet and electronics. With return policies like such, it’s a risk buying anything. Order online where you can return something if you don’t like it. Not coming back here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. That’s my honest take.

I’m editing this review after the store reply. No, I was told that I could return the Sena, not the helmet for obvious reasons. So you are incorrect. You sold me a product that I thought I could return based on what the women at the register told me.

Definitely won’t recommend this place for service
They need people with more knowledge and experience
Don’t go there so won’t be disappointed and a waste of time
Older gentleman in the front was nice but that’s about it.
And also whoever respond to this reviews should be more professional about it instead of being so defensive when you know you at fault

Went in there had an appointment that I made with the rude owner, made me feel unwanted, then when I went in for my appointment he acts like I never made the appointment. I was trying to get a couple of Chinese pit bikes fixed the same cheap chinese brand he sells. He only sells ssr and beneli which is also chinese he doesn't want to work on them hes a skinny soft little man plus no one shops there. Rude little man!
