This place sucks! My monthly account went from $29 to $42 and they
didn't even have the decency to tell me. The armor all tire machine doesn't even work. The worst part of this place is they don't even honor veteran or first responders! I'll be going back to Tommy's car wash at the end of this month!

Really thorough car wash with excellent results. The free vacuums are always nice to have. They offer a great subscription plan.

Great place to wash the car. People are very cool and vacuum is right there to use as well.

Needed a car wash badly! My car came out great. Free vacuums! I feel the dryer at the end of the wash is the best I have seen. We will definitely be back.

Car wash plus with vacuuming, poor customer services at Six Mile Commercial Ct, Fort Myers, Fl 33912, and unprofessional workers. I went on Monday 5/8/23 about 7: 50 pm. 2 vehicles were in front of me and one behind me was let in through the wash. 8 pm the vacuuming section was shut down and we were all surprise and very upset. I went and asked if we can finish vacuuming and the response was, we are trying to close and leave. No sorry, no consideration, I was given a look like oh well to bad.he said he was the manager, hard to believe didn't look like one or act like one, refuse to give name. Better service should have had been given. At least informed by the entrance we are closing in 5 mins or so. The guy was just standing there. No information, NOT even a display to show when closing. Car wash and vacuuming is part of the package to do. At least keep the vacuum section open for those who went through. I will never again so to his location again on Six miles by Home Depot in Fortmeyers again. They don't care about customer services.

I’ve been a member here since they opened a couple years ago. I have had 3 registered vehicles all with monthly service packages. This used to have top notch service and reliable equipment.

Unfortunately, the service continues to go downhill over the past year or so. A week or two ago, the plate reader wouldn’t read my plates (happens occasionally) and when I signaled for the employee to come help; he huffed in my face and said “What’s up? ”. What? !?
Then the latest interaction; they were using the brushes for pre wash and smacked my car so hard with it that all the sensors went off; not an apology or acknowledgment anywhere to be found.

I live next to the place and will now drive further and find a different company to get a wash at. Very disappointing service for the same cost that everybody around town charges.

Please fix this!

Just bought the monthly membership 2 weeks ago and been here twice. Bugs aren't coming off my windshield after the 2nd wash/visit and this morning my front windshield looks like it has sunscreen all over it now. Very streaky.

Are they recycling water here? Truck is brand new/4 months old so this stuff shouldn't be happening.visit.
Also something is in the water ad my WI does looked all streaky this morning.

This is my go to car wash. Car comes out spotless and the shine lasts. They have free vacuums and very reasonable unlimited plans.

I drove thru the carwash 3 times in 1 day, and it still did not rinse all the soap off. The car dryers are not working properly either, leaving me with a very spotted, wet, soapy mess!

I like this car wash and the location.
I like that there are a couple of employees that actually scrub a little bit the outside.
What I do not like it that when I go to the vaccum side, every time a few machines are down and I have to move the car and figure out which one is working. I understand that machines can go down all the time. My suggestion would be to schedule the crew to check a few times a day for the ones that are down and place a cone so the customers are not playing musical chairs with the vaccums.

My windshield got dirtier going through here their solution refund me I wanted my windshield clean will not be back horrible service even worse going through a carwash and it coming out dirtier

Asked for extra help on lots of bugs, still on my windshield and grill, 20 bucks to have shiney bugs here thanks

Kids won't hustle to scrub and power wash as you enter like they are supposed to. The top roller/scrubber and the buffer never come down on the hood. Have a monthly service, and it's always the same thing. Gonna try another carwash.

This is the best car wash i ever had and their staff is very friendly and helpful. My car and i enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent facility for a quick wash and dry. Member of the monthly wash club. Love the easy entry by way of the automatic license plate reader.

The machine is not operating properly and instead of closing to fix they are still collecting money knowing that it's not working and when talking to worker he said they know but they can't do anything about it right now but to take your money. That is so dishonest. Go there to get my truck clean but come out with a all wet and unclean truck. Away to take money under false pretense. Seriously you guys got to do better. I have been washing my truck there for about two years but today is my last. Goodbye snappy hello mister
