Snelling Staffing of Sanford

I have been looking for a job for 3 months and I have been getting a run around. They tell me we have several jobs and to call back when I call them back I get told they will contact me back an never hear anything from them. This joke why tell someone you have several jobs and yet not contact them back. I have a family and kids to support an I have been trying to get a job so I am able to support us all.
Thanks to Amanda for not helping me get a job. When I spoke to her she said call back on Monday so I did and then she said call back later this week. An I will put your number on the call list when I have a job and that was 3 months ago so no jobs yet? Thanks for the help on finding a job an companies want to complain about people not wanting to work but those who need or want to work nobody wants to help.

We have previously used other staffing agencies to try and fill an important roll and not only did none of the previous companies not send us a quality applicant, the ones they did send started out great and within 2 weeks, we had to have another sent due to becoming lazy. We gave up, and tried a new service when we stumbled onto Snelling, and when I called, I said "for today, I just need a warm body to answer the phones, and we can try and get a more qualified person later. " They had a person in our office within a couple of hours and that "warm body" ended up being a permanent hire, and has not only exceeded our expectations, but shows that Snelling listened, and more importantly, seemed to have a superior screening process to eliminate those that clearly do not wish to find a full time job. We thank them and will gladly recommend them and use them again if the need ever arises again.thank you!

Snelling staffing agency helped get me in a job quick. Very professional service who try to find roles that suits your skills. These staffing agencies don’t find you jobs at McDonald’s; they find you reputable companies where you could possibly find a career. Definitely changed my opinion on staffing agencies and would recommend to anyone!

Not only is this an amazing staffing company but it has one of the top recruiters I have ever experienced during my temp to hire journey. Daniel has been nothing but outstanding. He worked so hard to ensure that I found something that I actually enjoyed. He worked with me daily and always checked in once I settled in to my new job. From the very Moment I called, to the moment I arrived at their location I was treated with nothing less than 100% professionalism. I have to also give my praises to Amanda, she has been nothing short of amazing in assisting me with finding employment, but finding the employment that fit with my experience. In conclusion AMAZING work staff at Snelling and Amanda you're the best.

The most efficient Staffing company that I have the pleasure of working with. Extremely friendly team, and professional! Amanda Hill is a great recruiter with awesome communication skills and patience. She walked me though the whole process starting with the job interview, which resulted in a job offer. I wish I worked with her earlier 6months ago, when I started looking for a job.

Amanda is a piece of s**t. This place is fraud. She Thinks she’s doing you a favor when there are plenty of jobs hiring and very rude about you getting paid on time. To Amanda everyone is out working to survive not for FREE. We all have bills and reasons to be paid on time. I’ve never experienced so many delays with my pay check in my life. I’m glad I found suitable employment and never have to look back at this place again. I hope Amanda realizes one day that just as stressful as her job may seem it’s stressful to someone who is a single mom and do everything on there own. Not to mention I’ve even lost Daycare assistance from not paying on time due to delays with my pay check. Please run in the opposite direction of this place. Considering sending someone to investigate this place

My review at this temp agency I wouldn't give it too high of anything because their communication It's not good at all everything I had to find out I found out from the people that got hired by the same agent Yes I did and her name is Amanda Which if you're giving somebody a job description of the company policy in their rules and then you go to the company and it's not anything that you said or stated that's why I said when you have something with any temptation syet perhaps something with any tempagency they're supposed to consist with the same facts of everything from job rules and all unprofessional unprofessional and when I told her about this here's the text that she gave me absolutely!
