4We have been working with Snowbird Storage Facility for 5 years. The new owners are wonderful people. They are doing all they can to bring the facility up to date! They are easy to get a hold of and are very accommodating! We thank them for being such upstanding individuals! Looking forward to 5 more years of business!
I have been renting a parking spot for an RV for over 4 years here with no problems until new owners took over in March. The front gate has not been working properly for that last two months so anyone can get in. The new owners have absolutely no respect for their tenant's property. They began some construction and I moved the trailer two times for them. Then, without any attempt to contact, notify, or get permission they moved the trailer utilizing a Bobcat and lifting it with the safety chains. This is a totally improper way to move a travel trailer and caused the refrigerator doors to swing open and slam into the wall. When I inquired about it Vivian acted as if they have every right to do this to a tenant's property. All they would have had to do is call and I would have moved it again! Then, they parked it in a area that accumulated ankle deep water during the next rain. I became more concerned about the people working there and than theft so I moved it before my term was up. Do your research before you rent anything here! These people are terrible and totally disorganized! I am mad because I had to give them 1 star since they deserve ZERO!
I recently meet the new owners and they are really nice people. They’ve been in the business for over 30yrs. I was a little worried when I found out the old owner was selling the place but Vivian (Administrator) assured me that they would stay a storage facility. Im glad I don’t have to worry about finding a new place and that its in the hands of people that have been doing this for decades.
