S.N.S Property Management, Fort Lauderdale FL

Hi, I have edited my previous upset review thanks to Isabel, she has been wonderful ever since she came onboard with the property team. Whenever we need something, we reach out to her directly.

I've seen several job postings for this company with ethnic discrimination. I'm surprised they haven't been charged yet.

I have been here at Marbella Park Apartments in Orlando going on 2 years and I have seen 5 managers come and go. This place needs immediate attention or we are going to the news. The place is run down

I signed a 12-month lease at their property the river there was a contract error and the dates on the lease only covered 11 months the company does not even have a 11-month lease option I was forced to move out before the end of my 11th month or legal issues were threatened against me. I moved out as asked there's a new tenant living there it's been over 2 months I still have not received my security deposit there's also an eviction on my record now with a $0 balance which has affected me moving to a new property because landlords does not like to see any type of eviction proceeding. I was shorted a complete month I signed a 12-month lease they've completely disrupted and put my family in an uncomfortable living situation. Impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone I've had to literally drive to the office to get any type of response. Issue still has not been resolved.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE! THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE! THERES EMERGENCIES THEY HAVE NO ONE AVAILABLE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT FOR 2 MONTHS DO NOT MOVE HERE I HAVE CALLED THE SNS MANAGEMENT THEY DONT ANSWER THE EMERGENCY LINE THEY DONT ANSWER THE APARTMENTS EMERGENCY LINE THEY DONT ANSWER I HAVE GONE TO THE FRONT DESK NO ONE THERE I EMAILED THE SNS EMAIL PROVIDED IN OTHER REVIEWS ITS NOT A REAL EMAIL THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ever. I was going to rent an apartment with them due to availability but it never worked out because I was never allowed to see the unit until the other tenants moved out, and I wasn’t okay with that. They told me (in writing) I would get half of my deposit back ($250) and I only received $149, and have been calling and texting everyday with no answer. I’m not sure how a company like this just doesn’t answer their phone, DO NOT under any circumstances do anything with this company. It’s 100000% a SCAM. Also, don’t trust the reviews. I just noticed half of the staff are the ones leaving 5 star reviews and everyone else is 1 star. Absolutely ridiculous.

Local mgmt (Conrad/Erica/Blanco) so nice; but when SNS purchased our property, telling me personally "we won't do anything drastic", we went from a tight, safe-feeling, community to this weird psychological experience where neighbors stopped interacting, saw 32% rent increase (seems drastic), were told conversations in office were recorded, many car break-ins. My car SHOT in parking lot next to signage "property under surveillance". Asked if police could see video, was told no cameras, no help with $250 deductible. I cleaned like a fiend upon move-out yet they tried to keep almost $200 to repaint. Take move-in and out pics. Trying to negotiate to re-sign stressful. Last offer $50 HIGHER than previous offer. Seem incapable of caring about others. Found out by accident they had photo of my bedroom on their new website and wouldn't take it down till I reminded them they posted before I signed their lease. Sorry I was nice to owners when I met them, they didn't deserve the kindness. (SNS.interesting to see all those comment-less, 5 star reviews posted simultaneously).

Horrible management company. They took over my complex, charged everyone an extra $300 for old utilities they showed no proof of us owing, raised the rent, and hired staff who are incompetent. The property manager is literally never there, maintenance doesn’t speak English, the construction workers are sleeping in the apartments they are renovating, and they have horrible attitudes. I’ve been with NO AIR CONDITIONING for 15 DAYS and they GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE for asking to FIX MY AC. This is serious neglect. My apartment gets up to 89 degrees during the day and hotter anytime I try to cook. Avoid communities run by this company, you may end up Dead from the heat.

I am currently fighting for the return of my full deposit after living in one their complexes for nearly 10 years, after I was even told the full deposit would be returned to me. They didn't follow the correct process per Florida laws and statues after I moved out, I didn't abandon them and skip out on rent like some have. They attempted to get me to sign off on back dated documents, which I refused, told them if I signed that meant I agreed and I don't agree. They have been giving me the run around, and now they are refusing to answer my calls at their corporate level, when I asked for the regional office number I was advised that I couldn't have that number. I have not used profane language, but I have expressed the law to them, apparently knowing my rights have really upset them. None of the items that they are attempting to charge me for are in their recommended life span time. They were NEVER replaced in my whole time living there. All they care about is taking and keeping your money, they don't know about integrity, fairness, and laws. I would recommend that if you can find another place to live outside of this company please do so. If you decide to go with them proceed with a lot of caution.

03/19/2021 Fast forward. Their response was they would reach out to me asap to resolve this issue and I haven't received not one phone call from Arbor Place Apartments or S. N. S Property Management, as a matter of fact they have ignored my calls, a certified letter with return receipt, and a notification from the Better Business Bureau. Because they are refusing to cooperate with me as a consumer I would question their 5 star ratings, they aren't operating in integrity. In addition they are refusing to follow the Florida Statutes, the Department of Housing and Urban Development Recommendations, and Florida product life span recommendations (i.e. Mini blinds 2-4 years), I lived there close to 10 years and they were NEVER replaced, yet they want to charge me $120.00 for them. After the life span has passed financial responsibility falls back to the landlord. I'm continuing my fight to receive the return of my deposit in the amount of almost $800.00.

The sns property management is a very professional and respectful company and they know how to work in a team and too maintain the company.

The sns property in fort lauderdale is a fast working and motivated company. The staff know what they are doing and are a great help!

S. N. S Property Management they have great staff working with them. They really know how to pick the right people to work for them. I had issue with my Air-conditioned, they came and inspected my A. C and show me what was the problem. Once they fix it my A. C.was working fine. Thank you S. N. S Property Management. I'm going to sleep better tonight.
