Social Security Administration - Phone Service Only, Miami FL

Worst service ever. They give appointment and when you arrive there, u are not in the list. Workers never follow up or call you back. Elderly people leave the office crying because nothing was resolved. I am looking forward to formally complaint about this bad costumer service.

I have called a couple times and every-time someone answered my called someone hang off the phone, if the person is busy please just let it know.

As an international alien which allowed to work in United States, I visited the Social Security Administration in August to apply my social security card. It was my first time so I had to go there in person. Most of the Social Security Administration has suspended their in person service during COVID-19 so I thought it could be a hard time for me to keep calling the Social Security Administration. To my surprise, I called them for two times and leave my information to the representatives who picked up my phone call. Then I received a call back from the manager the next day saying when they were okay for me to come in person. On the phone call, the manager is really professional on telling me what documents I need to bring and where I can find it. During my visit, the guard is really strict on keeping the amount of the people to stop the spread.

Overall, I would like to say they did an excellent work during this pandemic period. I haven't saw any review during this period so I hope my review can help people.

Finding the building is a little weird, but once you're in their parking lot they have signs posted up for the entrance. The staff are all super kind and helpful, and the facilities are really clean and nice.

I can't praise this place enough. Efficient, friendly and fast a rare occurence with governmental services. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Parking is the only drawback. You are better off getting dropped off.

This place is open for business, just mind their service hours as they may be different on some days. Parking is a bit of a hassle.

This office is very organized and employees are courteous and professional. Great experience at a government office for a change.
