Our gov at it's "best". If it was a real job just about everyone would be fired. I never got the same answer twice and the answers I received were always wrong. No one seems to know what the hell is going on. It is a shame our government facility that claims to handle 50 million customers operate so poorly.

I was almost in and out fairly quick which was great, other than my own request that prolonged it. Very pleased.

I was there waiting roughly 1/2 hour. I just wanted some information; got it and left. The lobby wasn't crowded. You must wear a mask inside at all times. It's best not to go there on a Monday or after a holiday for obvious reasons.

Worst communication, rudest, and slowest office I’ve ever had to deal with! I’ve been disabled my whole life and have lived in 4 different states while receiving benefits. I’ve never seen such incompetence from staff working with the most vulnerable population! No compassion, empathy, or help available at this location. If you have the option of going to a different location I would suggest doing so. Wish I could! Filed complaints that go nowhere. Taking it to the news and national level next because I can’t be the only one suffering in this community due to their inability to do their jobs and treat people with common decency! If I didn’t have a loving support system this past year, I sincerely doubt I would have survived this long!

Went to this office to apply for disability and rep setup a phone appointment for someone to call me, but never received a phone call from the office when time for appointment. Called the office but it got transferred to national SS# was on hold for almost 30 minutes. The rep said she cannot help me because my case is locked only the local SS office can view it. She said I need to visit the local office again and can’t help me. This is ridiculous!

I am most pleased to say that I had a wonderful experience today. I talked to 5 different Medicare reps and got 3 different stories! One told me I owed over $900.00 Another told me I overpaid $170.00,2 others told me everything was fine, Another was I wouldn't have coverage until July 1st 2023! I decided to go in person to the office and had a great experience. Very courteous security and a professional, personable, efficient Donald straightened everything out for me. What a relief. I always plan to go to this location!

I went to the SS in St Petersburg not expecting the best based on the reviews but to my surprise I had a very pleasant experience. My representative "Mia " went above and beyond to obtain the information to my many questions. I'd like to say thank you Mia and SS office of St Petersburg!
