Very helpful with taking the time for me to advocate for someone who is a little slow (mentally challenged). She took the time to teach him how to apply for disability. Scheduled an appointment for them to make the alive telephone call to him for the initial interview. This office on 83rd & Biscayne is better than the one on 36th Street.

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY EVER! The clerks are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean, organized and everyone is professional and polite. Ms. Amatador (spellling?) was EXCELLENT! I also overheard the clerk at the adjacent window providing extremely wise advise to her customer. The manager at this facility should be commended for a truly terrific job and operation.

I went with my husband and baby, we had the appointment time that was scheduled for us, they did not take long to attend to us, we were waiting for 10 minutes, the officer at window number 9 whose name is Yalene Tabrare, her attention and disposition was excellent, a calm, equanimous and very polite person, without any complaints, thank you again.
PS: If the place is occupied quickly, plan to bring documents in order, arrive with time and a mask.

I visited the office, and it was an absolute nightmare.

The supervisor Ms. Matthews happened to be the most disrespectful person that I have ever met.

To change my address and bank info took 3 hours, there was no parking, and Matthews who happened to look like a zombie that died was just as disrespectful as she looked. Totally disgusting woman. She should be fired

I left my car there they tow my car and they made me pay 191 $ for it and made me wait 45 minutes and don't bring my car they probably search your car still your thing inside social security had to do something about it and towing guy are so rude the name is NU-WAY towing

Mrs. Roman and Corey also great in attending my needs.
On the other hand, Ms. Mathieu didn't handle my situation professionally. Ask me to wait in the booth sitting there while she up front translating to about 15 to 20 people in the meantime my appointment was at 11am. When you have an appointment honored that don't push me to the curb and go and translate creole to 15 to 20 people while I am waiting to be attended too

I had a wonderful experience at the office with Mrs. Y. Tabrave Window 9. She was very kind, very friendly, a people's person. She made my day today.they should more people like her. God bless her!

My first experience at a social security office was horrible. I first went to the office at 16900 nw 12th avenue.and let me terrible horrible customer service.and of course they have customer service because the supervisor that should lead by example is terrible at her job. Then I came to this office and let me tell you.it was such a great experience. They called me in a timely manner and the clerk that helped me (window 9) I believe her name was Y. Tabrave was so nice. She was very courteous.very pleasant to speak to.she answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. She is definitely a very amazing worker. She gave me my hope back with the social security office because honestly I lost it.

The waiting was about 2 hours for a 5 min solution. PLEASE NOTE: there is no parking. Your car will be towed if you park in the empty lot next to it. $180 charge. Not happy about that

I give it one star because they make people wait a long time to serve them. I already have 3 hours waiting and they don't call me. I already paid 3 hours of parking and here I am still and to pay another hour of parking. They should at least make people wait for a maximum of 20 minutes but it is the last straw to wait 3 or 4 hours for them to call your turn

They treat people badly, the service is lousy, especially the security officer is very rude

I have never felt discriminated against in the United States in this place and I had already come a week before the person who attended me very kindly told me what I had to bring for what I needed but today 03/28/23 at the window 16 The lady who paid attention to me as soon as I entered looked at me with displeasure and with a terrible attitude I brought what they asked me for the first time and she told me otherwise every word that came out of her mouth was disgusting to me I am Latina but I think I deserve be treated with respect because I am not stealing from anyone. In my 7 years in this country, I have never felt so discriminated against. People like that cannot be of customer service.the rest all well very organized

Wow.the woman at window M516 on 3/7/2023 at 2: 30pm was the meanest human I have ever met…it was like she knew me from a past life and hated me…it was cringing.

Best office I have been to, I went to another prior this date. People there are polite and want to help. The line was small, done everything in 20 minutes.

BEWARE OF TOWING NEXT TO THIS SSA BUILDING IN THE EMPTY LOT…. I parked next door where everyone else was parking and no one at this office even mentioned to us that we shouldn’t park there. Other then that, people at this office were fast and efficient. Thanks for the extra cost.
