Social Security Office reviews
8 What over 100 phone calls and several visits to St. Pete's SSA office could not do for OVER 8 MONTHS, was done with ONLY ONE VISIT to the Venice office. THANK YOU GUYS! YOU'RE THE BEST!

Efficient system, helpful staff. I had to go to this office for updating my record. I had an appointment. The process was smooth. Officer Ryan was professional and the security guard was pleasant and helpful. I am impressed.
Very helpful, answers all questions and patient. I have spoken with a couple of people there and both great!
This office is not at this 1435 address and should be updated or corrected, it’s around the corner of the shopping complex. When I finally found it the door was locked with people inside and finally during regular business hours a security guard said they were closed for maintenance and couldn’t let me in. How frustrating!
The agent I had was fantastic.he was quick.humorous and I was out in a matter of 10 minutes.
What a joke. You pay your whole life then when things happen they don't care. Never asked for help before but when I finally did need and asked for help they are like a bad insurance company. So much for America the great.
The security guy was completely rude and unprofessional, I assumed our society had grown past government workers bullying but I was wrong.
Update: I received it in the mail finally. Just expect double the wait time right now due to delays.
I still haven’t received my new card after 5 weeks even though they said it will take only 2-3 weeks. They also call me “suspect” and “alien” for being a non US citizen and they couldn’t verify my name for who knows what reason. I am extremely disappointed and could never reach them via phone. I live far away so I can’t easily drive there to meet them in person.
