2They WERE fantastic back when we originally partnered with the team, but since that time they sold to new ownership. As clients, we were never informed of the sale; but rather, over time we noticed a steady decline in performance and a complete lack of service. We reached out countless times to seek an understanding and resolution to these declines but to no avail. We elected to part ways after which time we learned of the sale, which was the ah-ha moment for us. Unfortunate.
My wife and I worked this company for 6 months after spending almost 20k on a failed and inept marketing company we are now considering legal action. Do not call for the cooperate trickery employed by these people. We have had 100s of calls from consumers seeking competing business but never ours, every month they hemoraged 100s of wasted dollars in failed add buys and failed “marketing” campaigns. Stay away from these people or you will be sorry.
