Great family run business. Sod is of excellent quality. In all the years i have shopped here, never had any bad sod. Ever. Cant make that same claim with other local big-name vendors. Customer service is good. Get there before 2p; otherwise, "No Soup for you! "

Customer Service was terrible went into pick up grass Denise had major attitude could not stop blowing smoke directly into my car window where my kids where sitting

Had them deliver grass in my yard while i was at work came home to this grass has fungis and is dried out even after multiple calls no response
i showed up and Denise told me i would need to pay for a whole new pallet and that the all her grass has it its normal.

Denise told me my delivery would be at 10 am no show all day did not pick up the phone went in on monday morning she told me she sold my grass and the next load wont be here for 3-4 days lost a customer over this also was not 'allowed to refund my deposit' had to call the bank for over 4 hours never buy grass or hire her or her company

Showed up for 20 pieces both lady’s behind the the table appeared to on pills The Lady who claimed Ownership reeked of cigarettes and body odor never comming back

Very odd. Had a scheduled delivery last Thursday. I even called the morning of to get a time and they said I would be in the early afternoon. I never received the delivery and have not been able to get ahold of them since last Thursday after calling multiple times and leaving messages. Have used them in the past with no issues but never had a company just not show up and not call or anything. ODD

Pallets Completely Dropped on there sides at my house were not picked up or even mentioned until I called the driver out about it grass was dry and completely non useable delivery was completely unacceptable will not be going there I recommend Macs Much better Quality and Customer Service

Beautiful grass and Jessica was very very helpful. Working with getting my delivery made so I could finish my job. Tm and the delivery driver was very helpful with putting the grass where it was easy for us to work. Thank you sod father

Had a horrible experience ordered sod 2 weeks ago 6 pallets and due to the weather 3 different times the sod was not delivered but the horrible part was the communication. NOONE reached out to me letting me know they wouldn't deliver then I called over a dozen times and left voice mails but to this day I still haven't received a phone call back.

Sodfathers is the absolute most reliable and dependable sod purchase and services company I have ever dealt with. Not only is the product immaculant but the staff is very kind and helpful.they have delivered for me multiple times, same day when there was emergency situations when ordering for my company Calvin’s Irrigation & Handyman Services LLC. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. When I looked at initial reviews I was a little nervous but when I went in person Denise walked me through everything I knew could tell she knew what she was talking about. The sod turned out great and the customer service was excellent I ended up having to going back for 10 more pieces as I was short and it wasn’t a problem. It’s a family business that deals in sod and they do a fantastic job if you ask me!
