Do not go here. I would leave zero stars if I could. The office will pressure to do more expensive things when you are not wanting to (and cannot afford to). I had an agreement with the office manager to give me $200 off on something the dentist was insistent on doing because “it’s newer and better” even though insurance doesn’t cover that much. The dentist and office manager both agreed to give me a discount to help me afford it (since the dentist did not want to do a basic filling as I was requesting), well that office manager left and the new one now cannot honor it since the agreement wasn’t made with her.
Getting the inlay itself was a nightmare. A simple filling turned into over 3 hours and my gums were severely cut, I could hardly open my jaw the next day from the injection spot and the staff was incredibly rude to me for having to stay past 5: 00 when it was not my fault for them running behind.
I have lived in a lot of places and seen a lot of dentists and this is the worst one. The professionalism is subpar, if they promise to get back to you about something- they won’t, and unless you’re willing to pay a ton of money and get bullied into making decisions you aren’t comfortable with: do NOT go here.

I went one time and while the place felt nice and the staff was friendly I felt like I was getting nickle and dimed for the services.
In addition I've been trying to email and contact the office for a few months to have them send my scans to a new office and they haven't contacted me. I've been trying to avoid calling since the new office requested the scans be emailed. Extremely disappointing and frustrating

Read the reviews. Stay away. We're new to Orlando. This place is a scam. My wife spent two hours getting xrays and told she has gum disease, gingivitis, bone loss and needs a special $2000 deep cleaning but since we have insurance it's "only an $415 out of pocket". She's gone regularly to the dentist and never had any real issues. Almost had me second guessing for a second until I saw all the other reviews saying this was a scam

I like how Dr Miller jumped on taking care of my bad tooth, i'm a new patient, it was my 1st day there, other dentistry would've had me make a schedule to come back.

Dr Miller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to get me back to a balanced bite for more comfortable and easier chewing. He was professional, clear in his approach with explanations.

This office, super, period. From a man with massive amount of dental work required. From billing issues, to compassion, to caring for there clients. I understand dentistry is one of the least favored problems in life first hand. Most often from lack of care and or mix of genes.
This office, deals with me in best of days and worse with grace. Doing best they can via my budget to address my problems in life. In doing so brought a smile to me that did not exist. Brought reminder to me how important teeth are to ones health. If you follow the dentist treatment plan. It will likely be aggressive to address what is needed to give your teeth what they need. Not your wallet a break.

If seeking easiest or cheapest solution. Likely not place to go. If looking for most aggressive get the job done right. Then it's only place to go.

Be very clear there are no guarantees, bone graphs, implants, crowns, right down to what do they find on a thorough cleaning. The plan may alter. However, there vigilance to solve your dental care remains in conviction, experience and with a smile of get it right.

Am not done with my dental work and have far more to do.however, from person with 7 crowns upcoming larger work. Questions of are all crowns going to hold exist and more.

I trust this office, I trust this dentist to address the hard work. I trust her to pay her team accordingly correct. To keep there smiles up on good days and bad.

If had one flaw, would say in paperless society. It is on the consumer to make sure they do homework. What if a crown does not work? What if's are a rabbit hole if needing major work and not at fault of a dentist. Part way through a large process you can extrapolate cost from cost list being done and scheduled on what ifs. Do not blame the dentist look in the mirror your teeth your smile gotcha here for better or worse like a marriage.

Not for one second would I picture this office as a money grab. I picture many great smiles coming from it that follow a great dental plan.

Yes, would recommend anyone with minor or major dental work to this team.

I am a truly blessed man right now because of Dr Miller and Dr Schiller for their service of empathy. I have been turned away from many dentists for insurance reasons. I recently have gained dental insurance however I am on a 6-month waiting period which means I cannot use my insurance for major operations I can only use them for minor operations such as exams and teeth cleaning but because of these two doctors they trust me to pay them which is why they put me on a payment plan to pay for the root canale and crown services I received today. Believe me you they will get paid. Because they trust me to pay them on a payment plan that shows that they truly care for me and for people. That's the bottom line.

Terrible - they aren’t dentists - they are salespeople. They don’t care about your teeth but how much they can squeeze out of you. Run alway from this place.

This place is a scam! They told me I had moderate gingivitis, which i would have to get a special cleaning ($900) 3-4 times a year and needed a crown. They also told my neighbor she had gingivitis. I found this unbelievable since we both take really good care of our teeth. Got second opinion from my previous dentist (switched Dentists because I moved) and he did not see any of that. Will NEVER go here again. They are like car salesmen

Awesome experience with Dr. Miller and Dr. Liu! Finally, I found a great office near my home. Came from Aspen dental with a horrible experience, but Sodo Smiles got my smile back!

Gave them a shot but the reviews are very accurate. I was there for an hour and a half. Had xrays and oral exam. Dentist came in and went over everything. I knew I needed a deep cleaning because it has been a few years and was expecting to pay more than the $59 for that but they came back with a fee of over $900 for a cleaning and that was only that price if I paid for their discount club which is a fee of $159. I paid my $59 and left.

This is a money hungry office. I wanted to try them out as they are close to my home but not at these prices. If I worked there I would be ashamed at the scams they are trying to pull.

Very disappointed. The doctor will try to convince you to get additional crowns, I asked for one, he “recommended” 3. The front desk staff is not well trained, they don’t know what a ledger means, reason why my flexible spending account was suspended. I do not give them 1 star because of Karen, the ONLY person that REALLY HELP ME, even though the flexible spending account didn’t accept ledger.

Friendly staff. Exam was extremely thorough. No surprise bills, all procedures costs are presented up front. Would recommend this office to all family and friends.

Great atmosphere, very professional staff, the dentist is compassionate- I absolutely love my new dentist!
