This is the only office in the world that I trust and value. Doctor Saidi, Dr Amini and staff are beyond professional and caring. In my opinion they have no competition not only inside of the USA but also in the entire universe without joke. They care for their patients like for family members. I have known doctors for more than 10 years now and I frequently go home to visit my country. If I stay longer during my trip I always have a cleaning in my country too, since I care about my dental health. Nobody in this planet cannot do a better job cleaning my teeth than Luna hygienist and every time I do it outside USA, I go to visit Luna to literary "fix me". They have magic hands and incredible knowledge. Office is more than clean and warm. It gives a patient the feeling of being at home. I really adore them all and will never change my dentist. I could not even dream of finding a better team of a doctors and staff. Thank you Sofi dental for being caring and unique dental office, I really mean it

I’ve took an appointment At Sofi dental for a chipped tooth but they were a little tricky on the amount to pay; I asked on the phone how much it could cost, but I was not told, because rightly the doctor has to visit me first, but he visits you only after having performed the radiography (which I would have avoided willingly) if the doctor had seen me before the X-ray he could easily tell me the type of work to be done because being chipped outside and visible to the naked eye he would have told me the same things he said to me after being flooded with radiation so that I have to pay $ 850 to reconstruct a very small fragment of tooth claiming he had to remove the filling i already had in a perfect condition; at that point it sounded exaggerated to me but by now I had already made the radiography that cost me $ 150.there was no transparency and professionalism because, having already said by phone that I wanted to avoid the X-ray I would have preferred the doctor would visit me immediately sketching the type of work and cost to be faced and then continue, willing to pay a simple visit. Ah! Then pretending to be very careful about covid19 measuring your fever (once lying on the bed and after had taken the X-ray) the hygiene did not seem to be on point because I did not see disinfecting any equipment before being used and with the same gloves that touched drawers and mouse then taking equipment that was placed in my mouth.
Very disappointed!

I’ve been coming to Sofi Dental for 10 years. Dr. Saidi is an incredible dentist and the staff is warm, personable and extremely good at what they do. Dr. Gina, the orthodontist, put braces on my teeth last April and the results are amazing. The technician Wolfgang did a wonderful job on the initial set up and Augusto has continued the procedure through every step. He is a perfectionist.
The hygienist Heather cleaned my teeth thoroughly and painlessly.
The office is state of the art and extremely clean. And the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Sofi Dental in Miami Beach.

I was on vacation in SOBE and lost a bit of tooth, needed an emergency crown to tide me over until after my cruise. Every member of the team worked so hard to get me right in.explain every step in the process including the costs.make sure I felt comfortable.and left me feeling. If you are a local or a tourist Dr. Pena and the team are amazing. It was not just me - such a caring and customer service team with every conversation I heard in the office - cannot say enough about them - just outstanding.

A great dentist (Dr. Saidi) and professional staff. Not only from a patient point of view, but as a clinician as well I can tell you that they made a time for me to see the him for my emergency, which I was diagnosed as a root canal pain. After that, I kept visiting them for all my other issues and checkups, even after I moved to New York.

Do NOT go to this place! They will try to rob you blind!

This is the most unethical medical business practice I have ever seen. They tried to charge me $7000 for my services even though I told them several times I had insurance. Andy told me that my insurance couldn’t help me but that he could “hook me up” and lower it $6750. I continually asked about my insurance and he kept insisting his rates were better but it will let my insurance company know. I made the mistake of not checking my insurance HMO rates and paid. Once I got home, I called my insurance and found they overcharged me big time! They started back peddling and changing their stories. They refuse to give me an itemized invoice for the $6750. They only gave me a copy of the final charge but no details. I was able to get my money back and my insurance company is opening an investigation against them.

I definitely learned a lesson! Always get itemized invoices for all charges prior!

Only good thing I could say is Luna, Dental Hygienist, is amazing!

Don’t go to this place! They will try to overcharge you and pressure you to do treatments you don’t need to do. They will also make claims to your insurance company for treatments they never did!

Dr. Saidi and staff are the most attentive, thorough and caring dental health care providers in Miami! I was worried after a few years of going to average or below average dentists in the city that there aren't any dentists that care much anymore. Good thing I found them.
